It was within 1 1/2 blocks of the central train station. Breakfast was included with the price. Bed saged, was not level, and was too close to the heater. Room was very small (about 2m by 4m). The reception desk was on the 2nd floor. Rooms were not very sound proof. Elevator lands between floors so you have to go up or down at least half a flight of stairs. Comforter was not big enough to properly keep warm. Room was not well stocked. |

Although the hotel was pleasant enough on checking prices at other hotels it was rather expensive and I will look much further on other sites and not assume yours is te least expensive. |

We liked it's closeness to the train station. Easy to find on the dot com map. We were very impressed at the quality of the breakfast and the effiency of the staff. Local restaurants and fruit stalls were everywhere. A tourist bus was at the train station for a 1½ hour trip. The room was very small. |

Location perfect for ZOB Bus station to catch bus to/from Luebeck Airport Red light district maybe not entirely suitable for family with young children. |

Rooms were tidy and the facilities (ie hot water etc) were good. The location could be considered unacceptable for some parties, for example couples or families due to the seedy nature of the surrounding area. Fine for larger groups or social travellers. |

We stayed at the Residence-sister hotel nearby.Close to the main train station. Breakfast included. The street the accommodation is located on isn't the most selubrious. |

It was literally a 5-minute walk from Hamburg main railway station (south bridge, straight out the northern exit across the pedestrian into the big street bending slightly to the left and its on the left-hand side!). It was extremely quiet and had little restaurants practically underneath. The breakfast was fine, the hotel staff very friendly and English-German-Pharsi- speaking (Afghanistan). |

This hotel was located very very near from the main station in Hamburg. The room was big enough, and the bathroom was new and very clean. It was a litte bit difficult to arrive to the room, but nothing too annoying ... |

Good location, nice to have breakfast included You need to be aware that the elevator stopes in between the levels - so you need to climb these steps was pretty tough, if you have a lot of luggage |

The room was quite large, and clean. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was very near to the railway station, which was an essential criteria for me this time. The environment around the hotel, especially in the night, is just what you would expect it to be near the railway station in Hamburg... |

Location is really good (close to tha main railway station), but the next door from the hotel is "sex shop" :) A room was ok, but the whole hotel I didn't like.My opinion is this hotel is only for lodging for the night. An atmosphere is like "am Hauptbahnhof " :) 78 euro for DBL room for such hotel is too much, I think. |
