干净卫生，早餐也很丰富，位置很好，离火车站很近，离市中心也很近，服务人员很热情。

The hotel is really very close to the train station, in a Turkish neighborhood, with lots of little shops. Busy during the day, quiet during the night. Every morning at 6 am the street cleaning machine came by, so it was clean too, something that's not normal anymore in Germany.

The breakfast bar was excellent, and the staff made every effort to be helpful.

Everything was OK.

Got room with doublebed in Hotel Residence as Terminus was full ? Anyhow was at other side of same street.Good breakfast.

Close to the raiway station and therefore easy walk to Hamburgs Old Town.

It's a bit of a dodgy area (it's what you gt near a train station)

Very close to Hamburg main station. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very quiet (have stayed there twice recently - both times we had a quiet room, even though for one of the night's stay the room was fronting the busy main street). Good breakfast.

Within 5 minutes of Hauptbahnhof. Open all night. Rooms very quiet, curtains block out light from road. Breakfast was good.

The location is very good, nearby the Hamburg HBF and the shopping streets, the service is very good.

Well this is not luxury. It is cheap it look cheap.

The lift stops in between the floors, we have to carry the luggage and walk stairs. Except the lift, others are fine.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Scrambled eggs, fresh bread and toppings..

Even though the website claimed every room had wifi Internet access, this was definitely not the case for the second and third floor when we staid there. The personnel was friendly enough to transfer us to the first floor for this reason but not sure what they would have done if the hotel was fully booked.

Very clean and adequate for the price. Nice breakfast bar. Parking on the street.

The guy on reception (who was there in the morning) was incredibly helpful and friendly. The other staff weren't as agreeable however he made up for it. Smiley, friendly and efficient. The location.

No bacon in breakfast buffet, could be more varied. The view from our room window. No English channels on tv.

Simple little hotel with small but clean rooms plus helpfull and friendly management. Location is very central 300 meters from main station and main public transport hub. Surprisingly good breakfast. Lots of cheaper eateries arround.

We stayed at this hotel in 2011 and returned in 2012 because of the very friendly and helpful staff, and we were pleased to find the same people still on staff and still smiling! The location beside the train station is very convenient, another plus...
