Good position very close to the U-bahn (Friesenplatz), the staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Staff was very very friendly, we got the maps and information immediately. Clean rooms, quite spacious. Bathroom was really nice, with a big shower.

Blankets were quite small.

The bathroom and shower were fairly modern and worked well but were not a true representation of the rest of the hotel decor.

The rooms are small and smell of cigarette smoke. We were shown 2 rooms 1 at the front and 1 at the rear the rear rooms are not worth considering as they have a very poor outlook. The rooms are also very tired and need upgrading particularly the floors. We had a total of 3 coathangers between two of us and although they had a mini bar fridge it was poorly stocked and did not work. The reception and restaurant share the same room and are confusingly on the 2nd floor above street level without any clear indication of their whereabouts on arrival.

Location.

I made a reservation for three people and was guested in a tiny two people room with a terrible mattress. The staff said I lost the reservation because of credit card problems (online). Nevertheless, at the hotel the credit card had absolutely no problems. They charged the full reservation (three people) for the room for just 2 people. The next day we were moved to a room for three people, but it wasn't much better, and would not appropriately fit three people. Besides, the bathroom floor was very wet. Location is excellent. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the Hotel.

The Staff was friendly and the location is very central. The Altstadt with shopping, beer breweries, restaurants and the dom is in walking distance. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dom und Alststadt in der Naehe.

Internet wasnt working during the whole weekend. Not big of a deal since we wanted to view the city. Would have been nice to check some emails in the evening though. For a business trip that wouldnt be nice I guess. Be aware that they have a karaoke bar in the building and on saturday i woke up a couple of times since it was quite loud. on sunday there wasnt any noise. My guess is that on friday night there will be also noise. Internet hat fuer das gesamte Wochenende nicht funktioniert. Zum Hotel gehoert auch eine Karaoke Bar und am Samstag war es sehr laut, so das ich mehremals aufgewacht bin. Sonntag war das kein Problem. Sollte jemand einen unruhen schlaf haben kann man in diesem Hotel Freitags und Samstag nicht uebernachten.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de bereidheid service te verlenen.

Het lawaai op straat. Tot diep in de nacht hoorde je de herrie van uitgaansleven. En dat in een gewone woensdagnacht. Ook vonden we de temperatuur in de kamer erg hoog. De TV was wel erg goedkoop/klein.

- De persoonlijke behandeling was zeer prettig. - De kamer en het onderhoud ervan waren piekfijn in orde. - De locatie was erg leuk.

Super Dachterrasse im 6. Stock. Perfekte Lage zwischen verschiedenen Partylocations, man ist mittendrin.

Waarom dit Thai hotel heet is een vraagteken,er is niets dat naar Thailand verwijst buiten hier en daar een beeldje.het is absoluut geen 4 sterren waard!de kamer leek in geen maanden schoongemaakt,de verlichting was stuk en werd niet gerepareerd en de tv kwam uit het 1ste tijdperk van de televisie.geen aanbeveling waard!!!

War im grossen und ganzen alles super, nur wurde uns zum parken des autos ein extrem teures Parkhaus empfohlen. .im Nachhinein stellte ich fest das es viel günstigere Parkhäuser gab

Die Zimmer ist sehr gut,in Balkon konnen Sie die ganze strasse sehen,das essen in der Restaurant ist sehr gut,also bei mir alle sehr gut

Die Reise zu Kurz gemacht

Leider hatten wir aufgrund der defekten Wasserleitung kein heisses Wasser zum Duschen! Man hat uns zwar die Möglichkeit gegeben in einem anderen Zimmer zu duschen, aber dann hätten wir mit dem Gepäck umziehen müssen. Das war vor dem Frühstück leider etwas umständlich!

Das Hotel ist mit vier DEHOGA Sternen überbewertet.

Dass wir wärend der Messe das Zimmer kaum gesehen haben...

Dass der Fernseher nicht richtig ging, die Duschbrause ebenfalls nicht richtig ging, die Duschtücher nicht gewechselt wurden und der Preis unverschämt teuer war!

Zimmerausstattung pflegebedürftig

optimale Lage, vom Balkon konnten wir das Sylvesterfeuerwerk geniessen, sehr nettes Personal, die Betten sind sehr bequem

Austattung ist sehr schön und ausgefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung gebucht und hatte dennoch nur ein sehr schmales Bett. Die Ausstattung im Badezimmer ist nicht in Ordnung: die Abtrennung auf dem Wannenrand ist nicht dicht nach einer Dusche "schwimmt" das ganze Bad. Baden war nicht möglich da der Stöpsel der Wanne fehlte.

Klein charmant hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Aangenaam verblijf. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker ok !
