The room, beds were really good. It seems that they bought items of good value. On map it seems far from City Centre, but really its not. Its really grat connection to City Centre.

Internet. We paid for WiFi access but its not working in rooms. So no need of buying and paying for sth what u cant use later. WiFi is avialable only in reception.

Great location close to the subway station. Clean and silent rooms.

The only problem was the cleaning staff knocking the doors and opening them to check if we are inside ON SUNDAY AT EIGHT in the morning! And one again at nine. It was rude and interrupting.

There were free rooms withing 2 days before booking so this was good and the the rooms were not expensive. Also it is close to the S7 S-bahn station.

It was noisy, the reception closed at 11:30PM so in case if we would like to go back to the hotel later, we had to use the backdoor, parking entrance which was quite scary. Also the noise of the TRAM was laud during the night. The breakfast was very expensive and had a very poor quality.

Location close to S-Bahn station, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, very good and versatile breakfast, possibility of check-in even before 11am

Limited amenities in the room, high price of water bottle in the room (imho should be for free or at least less expensive), staff knocking to your doors at 7.00 am on Sunday!!

the hotel is 5 minutes away from s-bahn and a short ride by tram away from u-bahn station. neighborhood is nice and quite, too. hotel is clean, our double room was quite spacious and with large windows, bed was comfortable. all in all great little hotel in east berllin...

wifi has some issues: it works fine in one part of the hotel and does't offer Internet access in the other part (signal strength is good but connectivity is poor) sound isolation between rooms could be better...

Clean and roomy

The service was so bad I left after one night, having paid for seven. I was charged for wi-fi access which didn't work. I tried to tell someone there 4 times that it didn't work. The first night, I tried to explain to a woman who was busy srving drinks that the internet didn't work, but she didn't understand me. At least she tried - later that night I brought down my laptop and showed it to a man at reception, saying "internet nein" and he just ignored me. The next morning I spoke to a man who understood me but asked me to wait for his colleague. Later I went back, and saw the man who'd ignored me the previous night. I asked him again, and he ignored me ahgain, and this time when I stared at him to indicate that I was waiting for a response, he gave me a look as if to say "What are you trying to talk to me for?". I have been in hotels where I've had communication difficulties, and where overworked staff need to be reminded of a request I've made, but this was surreal. When I indicated I was leaving and wanted a refund, the guy said "No cancellation", so I know he can talk. He was fluent in no cancellation. I decided to leave. It was as if they're closing in a week and just want to gouge as much from people as they can before they close, rather than provide a level of service that would discourage people from leaving.

Es ist sehr staubig in Hotelzimmern gewesen. Die Wasserhähne sind verkalkt und die Bettbelage werden sich besseres wünschen. Also, werde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Molto vicino ai mezzi e si arriva in centro in soli 20 minuti. L'hotel è molto pulito e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Einrichtung Preis Lage (3 min zur S-Bahn)

Man hört die Straße und die Straßenbahn.

An der Rezeption war man sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Das Frühstück hat zwar nur 9 Euro gekostet, entsprach aber in keinem Punkt einem 3-Sterne-Hotel (Sauberkeit, Auswahl, Service, Ambiente).

Gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt

El personal es muy amable y servicial. La relación precio calidad excelente. La ubicación muy buena y la zona muy bonita. Muy bien comunicado.

Que llegué muy tarde por la noche y estaba cerrado. Luego te lo explican, pero era la llegada el primer día y tuve que tocar un rato la puerta.

Sauberes Hotel

Das Personal spricht kein Deutsch! Kein Minibar im Zimmer, keine Zimmerservice, Licht im Zimmer sehr sehr schwach, Flachbildschirm TV gibt es nicht und FB funktioniert nicht.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ruhig, nette Mitarbeiter. Gut geeignet für alle, die während eines Berlinaufenthalts eine ruhige und preisgünstige Unterkunft wünschen.

Frühstücksbuffet war am 2. Tag kurz nach 09:00 h bereits abgeräumt; nachgereichtes Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend nicht angemessen.

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met alles er op en aan. Mogelijkheid tot brunch in het weekend voor ongeveer 8 euro. Perfect!! Gelegen 300 m van db bahnhof waar de Airportexpress om de 30 min stopt richting stad Berlijn en om de 10 min S-Bahn tot Ostkreuz waar kan overstappen naar Alexanderplatz.

Ontvangst en receptie, nooit iemand aan de balie. Welness sauna apart te betalen 10 euro voor 2 uurtjes genieten per persoon, mocht in prijs inbegrepen zijn. Wifi internet extra betalen 3 euro voor 24 uur, niet Gratis!! Email voor tafel reservatie en informatie welness werden niet beantwoord, enkel gelezen. Min punt!!

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, nur 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn entfernt. Mit dieser muss man dann einmal umsteigen, um in die Innenstadt von Berlin zu gelangen. Zudem hat man direkt vor der Tür eine Bushalte- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Für die Zeit, zu der ich im Hotel war (Silvester), war es im Vergleich zu allen anderen noch buchbaren Hotels in Berlin vom Preis her fast unschlagbar.

Lt. meiner Buchungsbestätigung sollte ich ein Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett bekommen, was mich freute, da ich davon ausging, dass es dann nicht ein kleines enges Einzelzimmer ist. Was mich erwartete, war aber doch ein sehr kleines Einzelzimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Auf meine Reklamation hin wurde mir ein anderes (genauso kleines) Einzelzimmer angeboten. Auch vom in der Bestätigung angegebenen Flatscreen-Fernseher war keine Spur, was ich nun nicht als so wichtig empfand, aber eben auch nicht der Angabe in der Buchungsbestätigung entsprach.

Zu wenig Parkplätze

Camera pulita, bagno spazioso. Ci facevano il letto e ci cambiavano i vestiti. La posizione è ottima.

Zona tranquilla dove non si trova nulla se non una birreria.
