Fantastic value for the price. I think you could be paying $300+ for this quality in many other cities. There were minor things that could be improved about the room cleaning staff, but I found everything else almost perfect. Great location, facility, service and design. Also the restaurant & bar served some of the best food I had in the city. Very satisfied. The room was very clean, but there were always one minor thing left undone. Upon my arrival, the bathroom bin was not emptied. Another day, they forgot to leave a soap. Another couple of days, they forgot to leave me the "do not disturb" tag in my room, so they kept coming into my room to check if I was still there. |

Location close to the main train station, its location at the end of a very busy bustling street and the proximity of bars and restaurants It was within a very evident and active Gay community area which was not advertised, maybe understandably so. However this would not be a deterrent to using this hotel again |

Stylish rooms, wonderful roof terrace and excellent drinks at the bar! Good location near center and the lake; a morning run around Aussenalster is an enjoyable way to start a day. |

we had a large double room with a view on the Alster. Even with an extra bed, there was enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. breakfast buffet is rather expensive for what you get. |

The hotel is really central and close to Hamburg's center and the Alster (river). The interior is quiet something - a mix between heavy old / extravagant and contemporary design. The room was more than big enough for the two of us and had plenty of storage. Unfortunately we had no time for the spa area. The staff has been really freindly and helpful. Bring your ipod if you have one as every room has an ipod connenction or rent one at the reception. The restaurant serves excellent food. Would I recommend the hotel - yes, definetly. |

I booked the hotel for incredible 66 euro per night over booking.com. It was more than worth it. The hotel is very stylish and comfortable. The single room has a large bed, flatscreen tv, ipod docking station and free and fast wlan. The lounge gives a nice ChillOut atmosphere with dimmed lights and pleasent music. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I actually did not like the plastic chair in my room. It was not comfortable. Everything else was great. |

It was a very good hotel and we enjoyed the junior sweet along with our two kids. Good hotel and good location very central and walking distance to "down town". We will concider this hotel next time we go to Hamburg. |

wonderfully looking hotel, great attention to details, elegant, croissant breakfast is quite enough to start the day, perfect view from the roof terrace. No swimming pool:-( |

Great staff, fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs. More than helpful when I needed to check in for an extra night unexpectedly. Great area. Short walk to everything including main railway station. Highly recommended for Hamburg. |

Very cosy atmosphere covering the entire hotel. The price is fair. As far as the present price level (room / bar) is retained, this hotel will continue to be a nice place to miss when leaving. |

Excellent Location near to all the bars and restaurants of St Georg area.This is a desigh hotel, very modern and trendy. Nice Bar and Restaurant. You will need to take a torch however!! When you let "Designers" have their way you need a practical analysis of their ideas. The lighting is very inadequate in the bedrooms and communal areas. You could not read in bed for example - very poor lighting in the bedrooms. It's a really nice hotel ( I went in the Soft Opening Period) but the lighting issues are very serious and need sorting out soon. |

Kamers en ontbijt prima. Whisky bar en service erg goed. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Airco werkte niet. Kamer te warm. Met raam open slapen te veel lawaai. Hotel was volgeboekt, dus geen andere kamer mogelijk. Wel korting gehad voor verblijf van 2 nachten. |
