Very large and comfortable suites, very clean.

Very expensive. If shopping is part of your trip, you should take a room at the Hackescher area. the Mandala located at the very expensive Friedrichstraße

Large, comfortable suit with very clean sheets, bathroom and kitchen. Friendly stuff Location is very good on the shooping street

Breakfast was not sufficient,could be more varities such as bacon, sausage or bretzel. For travelers who use the hotel only to sleep,it is quite expensive.

great location, easy to get around, quiet and spacious room

I specifically asked for a double bed as we had two adult males, I was never told they did not have such accommodations requiring one party to sleep on the sofa. An over sigh that would preclude me from recommending it in the future.

Simply perfect Location, service, breakfast and fascilities

we have been in this hotel a couple of times & we were satisfied enough from the comfort & size of the rooms allocated to us.

we have stayed for 3 days & the one of those we didn't receive any room cleaning so we were left without fresh shower towels, new toiletries , mini bar refreshments & new bed sheets. The young girl at the reception (the blonde one) was so rude to us when we tried to check out. She changed 3 times please !!! the total amount of our bill charging our credit at first with the a wrong amount,,when we tried to explain her she replied to us with the unbelievable phrase "are you kidding me???" i was seriously shocked from that behaviour,,we asked to see the manager but she replied that she was the manager on duty,,,what can i say???

I reallly liked staying at the Mandala Suites and will stay there everytime that I travel to Berlin. The location is perfect and it is a spacious apartment with very friendly and efficient staff.

Large, well furnished rooms. Excellent location and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommended

Front desk is not available after 10pm, but it was not a problem.

Peaceful and relaxing, good to have kitchen, so much space, comfortable sitting room, nice to be recognised on return visit (many stays already)

Maybe the fittings are starting to look slightly old, but everything works and that's the main thing

Very spacious rooms with a kitchen area. Very close to U-Bahn in a great part of town. The only problem was finding somewhere to eat nearby on Friday evening when everything was booked up.

The female receptionist on Saturday morning was a bit grumpy, but all the others were very friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms, calm and quite. Very pleasant breakfast.

No pub or restaurant at the hotel. No 24 hrs service at the reception.

It is very pleasant

The Lighting in the living room is very poor. We were not able to read in it. There is not adouche in the toilette (petit coin).

The reception and staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and well laid out. Everything worked.

The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable, too low and not to the standard of the rest of the facilities. The pillows were very thin and again not in the same class as the rest of the linen.

Very well located, close to all touristic places and immediately at the U-Bahn station "Stadt Mitte". Spatious and comfortable suite, very friendly and helpful employees at the hotel desk. Breakfast is rather expensive, but many places to have a nice breakfast in streets around.
