I have stayed with Mandala suites for last 5 years because suites are very specious, rooms are clean and they have very good location. This time I had no CD player in room as it was before. The furniture starts to look "tired" and rooms need refreshment, if they want to ask the same price as 5 years ago. Too expensive (eur 170 per night) to compare with other hotels in Berlin.

The location was great. Hotel is located on a shopping street Friedrichstrasse. Lots of sightseeing with a walkind distance. Stadmitte subway station very near to the hotel, which offers convenient transportation to other parts of the town. Suite was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. This is a very suitable option for city trip.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!! Excellent and large Management Suite. Perfect location on Friedrich Strasse, at walking distance from all major historical sites. Great young staff: friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful city view from breakfast room on 8th floor. Nice restaurants nearby (Ramada Suites has no own dinner restaurant). Own underground parking garage. Free morning newspapers delivered to room. Wifi should really be free (but free internet access via notebooks in business center available). Breakfast good but bit overpriced (no hot food).

We have just returned from our stay at the Mandala Suites. The service was welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived in a serene relaxing reception area. The suite was very large and the bed very comfortable. Perfectly situated for shoppng, sightseeing and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and an excellent view from the eighth floor. We will definitely stay here again.

All staff, including housekeeping and entrance guard. They are excellent. I do not recommend this place for those who check in late or check out early as the front desk is not available 24hours.

Great location and good facilities. Very relaxing spa area and fantastic views. We will be back! Was a struggle to find initially and more emphasis on the location near friedrichstrasse mitte station would be good.

-The dinner - 100% romantic restaurant -the breakfast - delicious, however there should be more variety and difference in choice day by day -the Owner - very charming, helpful, makes you fell like at home -the staff - kind, but need to improve English At first we have got a room located over the kitchen. There was an awful smell in the corridor of the room as well as in the toilet and in the bathroom. We couldn't stand it, so after 2 days we happily got another room, no smell at all. Too bad, that we had to spend those first days in the previous one...

The hotel is practically new, in ultra modern style. I like that style so it was perfect for me. As I stay at hotels alot I noticed one thing in particular that is better at the Mandala Suites: You can turn off the air conditioning and open windows. With the air condition off its silent. Silence is truly golden after a hard, long day.

The size of the rooms and the location of the hotel The elevators and the fact there was only one iron and ironing board.As I was traveling on business I needed my shirts and trousers to be properly pressed and I would have preferred to be able to iron my clothes in the privacy of my room

Large rooms, well appointed, reasonably priced, and centrally located. Access to the hotel after hours is a little confusing (thou not a big issue). Breakfast facilities are not very well advertised.

I liked the area of the city the hotel is, very good for shopping and food. Very central, nice breakfast room on top of the roof with good view. We were missing a big mirror ask for a room with a big mirror they have limited rooms with mirror you like to see what you bough after the shopping trip.
