The location is great - probably the best start point for a city tour. Close to an underground station (20 meters - lines u2/u6). Room is spacious. Staff was very friendly. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops. |

Convenience. Stadtmitte station directly outside the door. The original booking said 2 bedroom suite. It was a 2 room suite. We were charged 80 euro per night to have bed brought in for the teenager. That takes away a bit of the value that we had obtained through the online booking. |

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very accommodating. The location in Berlin was excellent! Very close to great shopping and sights. No swimming pool, not particularly kid-friendly. We lost an umbrella, and no one would assist in the retrieval, or contact us if it was found. |

Everything was worth the stay. The check-out times..Always difficult to run during the morning to be ready before 12 AM..specially after visiting a fair and trying to enjoy the last free morning! |

I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located. |

Excellent. Good location, quiet and clean. Breakfast is simple and elegant. Hotel assists are kind and sufficient. need more information on the city such as the detail map, entertainments, and tours. internet access should be free, which is my request to all hotels in the world. It is like electricity and water for the users. Free internet just meets to your hotel concept; guests enjoy the private time, with the sufficient support to the guests' subjective will, in other words, cool and hot. |

If you want to use one of the bikes of the hotel, you had to reserve in advance. But since there's no charging for the bikes, nobody brings back the keys, even if they weren't using the bikes. As we didn't ask for them right away, we were put on the 'reservelist' for the bikes, but that is totally useless, because everybody keeps the bikekeys for the entire time they are staying. |
