The Mandala Suites  

Quality of the structure, succulent breakfast, impeccable position to be at a walking distance from all the main attractions.

Although the breakfast was not included in the lodging costs, we nonetheless tried it and found a little surprising that: - the amount of available seats is definitely, remarkably inconsistent matched against the amount of rooms/potential guests the hotel has; - the waitresses would systematically "promise" that we would be seated soon, but they would..systematically forget about us..and we would end up shrinking in some available corner.

The location and quality of the accommodation were both excellent. The gym, with its wonderful views over the roof tops of Berlin, is well equipped.

Huge rooms, full kitchen and spacious Bathroom. Not high speed but free Inet Connection

The hotel is practically new, in ultra modern style. I like that style so it was perfect for me. As I stay at hotels alot I noticed one thing in particular that is better at the Mandala Suites: You can turn off the air conditioning and open windows. With the air condition off its silent. Silence is truly golden after a hard, long day.

For the price I was not expecting much but the room far exceeded my expectations. It was the best room I think I have ever stayed in,

Access to the hotel after hours is a little confusing (thou not a big issue). Breakfast facilities are not very well advertised.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!! Excellent and large Management Suite. Perfect location on Friedrich Strasse, at walking distance from all major historical sites. Great young staff: friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful city view from breakfast room on 8th floor. Nice restaurants nearby (Ramada Suites has no own dinner restaurant). Own underground parking garage. Free morning newspapers delivered to room.

Wifi should really be free (but free internet access via notebooks in business center available). Breakfast good but bit overpriced (no hot food).

I liked the location which is very central yet quiet.The appartment is extremely large and comfortable.

I did not like the fact that we could not check in untill 3 pm inspite of the fact that we were tired after the flight.

Die Lage war wirklich zentral, die Dame am Empfang hilfreich und freundlich.

Das Frühstückspersonal war lahm und nicht sehr aufmerksam. Es sollte wohl entspannt wirken, was durch den Raum und die Aussicht durchaus gegeben war, sicher wäre es hilfreich das Frühstückspersonal nochmals in Aufmerksamkeit zu schulen. Beispiel: Wenn der Gast gefragt wird wie das Ei gekocht sein soll, man 15 Min auf dieses wartet und es dann trotzdem hart ist, fühle ich mich verschaukelt.

Situation géographique dans Mitte, la vue du salon au dernier étage, la grande chambre, le masseur à domicile !

Le personnel à la réception pourrait être plus aimable; le petit- déjeuner n'est pas très bon marché

Le camere sono molto belle e tranquille sembre di essere nella propria casa, adatto alle famiglie con bambini.
