Very good location, very friendly hotel staff, little present every day (chocolate, food), spacious rooms, modern design, balcony, very big bathroom, kitchenette and possibility to prepare tea/coffee for free and tea/coffee was available every day. Pc. Two TV'S. Enough wardrobes. Lounge Qiu not very confortable to sit and eat. Little choice |

The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The decor of the hotel was very well done and there were many very clever and practical ideas in the hotel. 1) I asked for an English newspaper in the hotel and was told by the staff that they will have to go and buy it. I would expect the hotel to say automatically that it is something that they can arrange for us. |

Everybody was eager to help, polite, spoke english fluently, relaxing atmosphere, wonderful food, perfect for us. We would prefer a plasma tv in our room. But this not a problem |

Excellent, well appointed rooms and friendly and efficient staff It would be even better to have a separate walk in shower (in addition to the bath) rather than one over the bath although this was of a high standard. The hotel's Facil Restaurant which we had read about looked very good but is closed on a Saturday evening which amazed us in a city like Berlin. |

Design, room functionality, facilities. Ordered a suit to be sent to the hotel, it ended up in another room. They sorted it out in the end though. |

the restaurant facil at the 5th level of the hotel is extremely nice, the decor is very modern and chic. the room was very spacious and the location is very good if you are in berlin on business. the hotel staff was not very friendly nor efficient |
