nice room with attractive view i leave my room at 11 a.m. for a walk, back at 4 p.m. - room was not made yet. only after request they do made my room. this is absolutely unacceptable for 5 stars hotel. telephone in my room doesn't work! and was fixed only after my request. i could not connect to the internet also, after additional request staff fixed this problem during 30 minutes. 300 euro daily! i will not stay in this hotel |

Very good location, very friendly hotel staff, little present every day (chocolate, food), spacious rooms, modern design, balcony, very big bathroom, kitchenette and possibility to prepare tea/coffee for free and tea/coffee was available every day. Pc. Two TV'S. Enough wardrobes. Lounge Qiu not very confortable to sit and eat. Little choice |

The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The decor of the hotel was very well done and there were many very clever and practical ideas in the hotel. 1) I asked for an English newspaper in the hotel and was told by the staff that they will have to go and buy it. I would expect the hotel to say automatically that it is something that they can arrange for us. |

Está muy bien situado y el personal es extraordinario. Las habitaciones son agradables. El diseño que ofrece el hotel en su decoración se ciñe a las zonas comunes y a las habitaciones más caras, porque las de precio medio no son mucho más clásicas. |
