Didn't stay long enough!

The room was nice sized and well arranged. The breakfast was the best of the many hotels we stayed at during a 3 week trip with about 10 hotels. The staff was helpful.

I have no complaints!

Our Mandala's experienc was wonderful! Strategic location, excellent apartment with all facilities, very kindly service! We advise this choice for your staying in Berlin! (also family with child, as we are!)

Nothing! Everything was ok!

Excellent room. Excellent Internet connection (both wired and wireless). Very convenient power and other sockets for travelers with lots of electronic gadgets.

Complicated buttons at the bedside (apparently excessive in number). Poor buffet selection during the breakfast (we missed German sausages and salmon that are quite standard at 4-star Holiday Inn).

The food and service was superb.

Sadly we missed breakfast on our last day (Monday) because we thought it was available until noon - but the later finish times were only for the week-end. We still had to pay - our fault for not reading the times carefully.

Just about everything. Staff very friendly & helpful Beautiful room and amenities/breakfast Fantastic location We accidentally left chocolates (bought in Prague) in the fridge. Couldn't have left them at a better place and we hope they enjoyed.

Was impressed with friendly association spacially with Mr Fawzi and Mr Martian over all all receipts on staff have been friendly Room where v good in will recommend to provide Microwave in the studio

Breakfast is ok but not worth value what you pay due to shortage of selections in cheese and bread as well others

I have stayed in a lot of hotels but I have never had the special treatment ever in any other hotel like the Mandala gave to us. We didn't opt for breakfast included in our stay, so we payed extra for that. It was worth every cent for the experience. And believe me I am very fussy.

Perfect location. Beautiful rooms. Awesome Breakfast. We'll be back for sure!

The kitchenette was lacking basic essentials for cooking, although one phone call and i am sure that staff would arrange anything required.

The staff of the Mandala Hotel were extremely friendly and offered us a room a long time before our official checking time, which was highly appreciated since we had a bit of a rough journey. The great location, rooms, service and excellent breakfast made this hotel one to remember.

Very spacious suite. Loved the walk-in closet. Great to have large sliding doors to balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff. Crisp, minimalist, modern German design. Slick, exterior-mounted, electrically- operated black-out blinds cover entire expanse of glass. More switch buttons than the bridge of the Starship Enterprise.

I've said it before, and I will say it again: this Euro-luxe idea of two heavy, single-sized duvets provided for side-by-side use on a queen-sized bed is just absurd. Especially in summer. Even with the AC dropped to minimum setting of 21C, I was stuck to the sheets with sweat. And I hate sleeping with AC besides. The staff provided a lighter-weight single duvet for the ensuing nights, but I was still too hot. What's wrong with good, old-fashioned sheets plus layered blankets? Peel away until comfortable, like clothes. Also, those electrically-operated black-out blinds pop open automatically each morning, the "smart" building systems errantly assuming that this hard-partying guest need be awoken by a blast of sunlight long before his intended afternoon waking hour. Um, no thanks, Mom!

Lovely public spaces,quite good size room with spacious bath, very calm even with sliding glass doors open during evening. Nice to have iPod dock in room, but annoying to be charged for wifi access. Convenient free use of laundry facilities, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very efficient and helpful, if not terribly friendly (the Germanic influence perhaps). Location central, but after getting to know Berlin during this visit, we would probably choose either the Charlottenstrasse/Mitte area near Unter den Lande or the Savignyplatz area, both a bit less busy. For a stay of only a few nights, you could probably find a less pricey alternative, but for a longer stay, it was nice to have the space and convenience of laundry. Another negative was the fact that we requested a reservation at their very highly acclaimed restaurant upon our arrival for any upcoming night, and were told it was impossible, fully booked. The restaurant should keep a number of tables open for hotel guests, but as it stands, you need to reserve probably at time of booking your room.

Brilliant location, very good room, decent gym.

Breakfast service a little so and so. Breakfast itself is good, but don't go there in a hurry if you want to order some hot foods.

Excellant boutique hotel located right in the center of potsdamerplatz, everything is well reachable from the hotel. The support staff was courteous and extremely helpful including one Mr. Dennis who helped made our stay very comfortable. They prepared for us vegetarian food within their limitation ! Rooms were spacious and enough space for the kids and us to feel comfortable. A definite to stay place when your berlin with your kids.

There was a great experience in Mandala.

Bed was not terribly comfortable and pillows were awful.

Service in the bar Housekeeping was not as good as with other trips My bill on checkout was inaccurate- charged for services and breakfast that I didn't have. I think I was charged the nightly rate as higher than the rate that I was quoted on booking. Com but will have to check when I return home

Location, location, location.

First room offered was not cleaned properly from previous guest and was established (bedding, towels, robe, etc) for only one when my booking was for 2 persons. 2Nd room was better, however during stay a glass ring mark was not cleaned by house-keeping nor and returned once to find an element of the curtains half-removed. If the hotel house-keeping staff improved their attention to detail then there could be no complaint.
