Great location, clean room, friendly staff.

Would have welcomed a few more things in the room at that price - a safe, a kettle, more compli mentary toiletries.

The owner was a really nice person and helpful. He also spoke excellent English.

Lack of parking but that is understandable given the location.

Reception staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast is excellent, easy to walk through anywhere. Have elevator.

Not easy to find the location, takes around 10mins walk from Lindau Station.

The receptionist Ubald was very friendly and helpfull. Gave us lots of information about the city, and for an additional day on the hotel. The breakfast included was very good, with variety. The room was nice, spacious, very clean. The bed was comfortable. Recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The bathroom could be greater and more modern but it was ok. No amenities like soap, shampoo, etc.

Perfect location, close to railway/ boat stations and lindau centre. Very convenient if you plan to go to nearest cities around the see. Bike rental is also not far away. Very attentive and friendly staff, will help you with anything, spacious rooms

We booked the room for three persons, one bed was located in front of the room entrance (so in the hall) and just beside the window, can be cold

Very nice and cute hotel, spacious rooms, good location. The atmosphere is very friendly, the hotel staff strives to fulfill all wishes. We had 2 kids with us and felt that we and the kids are very welcomed.

There was a strong humming noise in our room every two hours or so – sounded like a heavy refrigerator operating next door. Luckily the noise lasted only few minutes.

Staff was very friendly, hotel and room have perfect modern style. Location is very comfortable to reach main sightseening. Breakfast was so good, that we didnt want to finish our meal. Everything was on a high level.

Parking not near, but this is specification of Lindau, so we were ready.

The breakfast room was very pretty.

The room seemed lacking. Old, worn carpet that was peeling off in some places. Dirty walls. They advertise nice flat screen TVs, but ours didn't work. When my husband inquired about this, the front desk was already aware of the problem and didn't seem concerned about it.

The parking was several blocks away, the building was pretty decrepit.

Fabulous location in Lindau. Just step out the door and walk the quaint streets of Lindau. Rooms were newly renovated, clean and the beds were comfortable. Lovely breakfast room with a great selection of food. Parking was a few minutes walk away, but well worth it for the location.

Fabulous hotel on the beautiful island of Lindau. Breakfast was great, rooms were very spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic hotel, will definitely be staying there again when we return to Lindau island.

Could not fault a thing about this hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very close to public parking and a short walk to the waterfront, restaurants, shopping, and anywhere else on the island. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable with a large flat screen TV.

good location and very friendly staff. easy access by foot to the entire village of lindau from the hotel.

noisy -specifically stairs, adjacent rooms, people walking in room above, people talking in streets. also, a table in the room was falling apart.

Very clean room, staff was super nice and spoke some English which was a plus for us! No parking at the hotel but the parking lot was only a 3 minute walk away... I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Lindau. It was nice to be able to walk around town and enjoy this charming village in southern Germany.

Front desk staff could have spoken English a bit better - and I hesitate to say this as I certainly don't speak German, but seemed like everyone in the city spoke English really well and could answer questions except the front desk staff.

the staff is very friendly, cooperative and they give u very good information when you ask them the room is clean , comfort the location of the hotel is excellent the view from our room charming with the water fountain the breakfast was good and the most impotent my father forget his ipad when we left the hotel they called us to inform us and they arrange to send it to us where we satay in munchien i really thanks them for their manner ,i highly recommend the hotel

Staff is very nice, very prime location, full of good restaurants (not the touristy pizzeria cafe) nearby. Room is spacious, and hotel is in modern decor, good with younger ppl.

would be good if room comes with kettle, hot water, glasses and tea bags. Room is a bit empty and takes times to fill up with stuffs to give you the sense of a family run hotel. This is the only hotel in Germany that the cleanup staff ask me for tips, they left a note saying award is appreciated. So i did and did the same to other hotels to follow but they didn't take tips. Well, i don't know.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, large comfortable rooms, location was perfect for a number of day trips.
