The hotel justifies it 5 star rating. The staff were most helpful and friendly, The food was out of this world! Thoroughly spoilt for two days! We will be returning! The price of Eggs Benedict 35€ was I think a bit steep! It is not for the faint hearted! |

Very good luxury hotel,extremely well locted in the former east sector of Berlin.The staff was very pleasant and dinner in the gourme restaurant was a real experience,even though I was dining on my own! Hotel extremely suitable for visiting Staatsoper or Komische Oper with easy walking distance (even with high heels). |

Service was excellent. Hotel is beautiful. Luxurious, but not too large. There was a lovely feeling of intimacy sitting in the lobby in the afternoon, reading a book and listening to the live piano. The staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and immediately fixed any problems. Bathroom is huge and luxurious. Room was very nice. Their excercise room is very nice. I suggested that they add some Orbatrek type workout machines which are very popular today and which we happen to like. They only had one. |
