The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin    

Everything almost was perfect!!!

I dislike the attitude of the restaurant without knowing when poured us more wine than the bottle which we had bought and charged us. It happened when our order was delayed more than an hour.

It is one of the best hotel i had been,it corresponds to our expectations of luxe as service.Specially using booking.com which rate is fantastic for this great hotel.I believe that German patterns also help in finding the bestbservice.

The staff were very kind. The bathroom, particularly the shower, was fantastic. The concierge was very helpful. We could buy stamps and you posted our letters for us.

My key didn't work a few times which meant going to reception to get it fixed.

Spent 4 days at Ritz. The best quility and price. We really like it. Ritz one of the best services hotel.

The staff were very helpful and very polite. The room was spacious and bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and nice.

The airconditioning was not cooling and I had to open the window. I found it strange that in April , the AC is set for only heating while the weather was not very cold. It should has both heating and cooling facilities. Also , in the breakfast area, there was no good ventolation and I had to change my cloths after breakfast every day as they smelled badly.

Loud music on one night coming from a party in the hotel. Didn't go on too long but still annoying.

Excellent room and perfect location.

Very slow Internet that costs a fortune

Good location, good services

I associate Ritz-Carlton with service with a very personal touch. The Ritz in Brrlin had 2 major opportunities on this during our stay and missed both!!

The beds were comfortable

The sauna was broken, the renovation noise was very bad

In the spirit of Ritz, the staff was excellent. Very friendly and always thinking of your comfort and well being.

Not Ritz-like was the lag of house keeping skills. The room was generally clean enough, but if you are used to Ritz standard of excellence, then you'd be disappointed just as we were.

Location was great. The Hotel was also good. Rooms were very nice and the Bathrooms were very very nice.

The fact that concierge charges 20% on reservation they do on our behalf or city tours is excessive. These services are offered free of charge at major hotels. The commission should be taken from the restaurant or tour operators.

The location was ok, the room was comfortable

The fact there was ongoing drilling noise due to renovation was off-putting. The Saunas in the spa were not working. Swimming pool tiny and not warm enough. The staff are snobbish. The breakfast was way too expensive and some hot dishes were served cold. The hotel is basically overrated

+Concierge could have been a bit more helpful. +Although centrally located, the neighborhood wasn't the "coolest" spot in town. There are not that many restaurant options or major attractions right outside your door, aside from Sony Center which is not overly impressive.

Good location.

1. No stationaries and animites in my room. 2. Handle shower in bath room is out of order. hotel staff promised to fix it next day. but durig my stay (3 nights), they didn't.

I have been there many times, and as long as they offer a room with breakfast at a reasonable price, I'll always stay there when I'm in Berlin. Great staff. They have the best hotel breakfast in town (well, maybe tied with the Adlon). Also, they do not insult their guests by charging for WiFi service.

If I didn't have the breakfast included, there's no way any downtown hotel breakfast is worth €35. The hotel should just charge a little more for their rooms and include it, the way they do WiFi access. That would just make this very classy hotel just a little classier.

Large Rooms, first class Bathroom facilities, Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location for overseas visitors being across the street from the S-Bahn and just a block away from the U-Bahn. Possibly the best breakfast experience in the world!

Comfort, location and service by all staff were first rate. Isabel at the front desk could not have ben more helpful. Her servie attitude was outstanding.

the staff and room and facility were amazing, the conciege were incredibly helpful in trying to change my flight home, it was first time at ritz and it was a wonderful experience!!!

Everything was perfect/superb

Dirty carpet floor in the room.

As normal The Ritz makes it easy to work and enjoy your stay. The staff were exceptional and were able to not only attend to my needs but also arrange taxi's, restaurants and advise on where to eat.

Only one restaurant in the Hotel (even though it was very good)
