Aire acondicionado no calienta la habitación lo suficiente. En check-out pretendieron cobrarme más de lo pagado vía booking.com

Ubicacion inmejorable,excelente atencion, muy lujoso,muy bueno el desayuno,cumple con todas sus estrellas,al pagar ellos entendian que no incluia desayuno la reserva que teniamos,pero ante nuestro reclamo presentandoles la reserva de booking no tuvimos ningun problema.Muy recomendable.

Nos cobraban el uso de internet, nos parecio extraño en un hotel de esta categoría.

Very helpful staff. Overwhelming and superior breakfast buffet. Two small problems were solved imidiately.

the room that hotel provided me was very bad according to ritz carlton standarts. toilet and shower were togather. and after shower my wife could not go to toilet because everythingwas wet. in the hotel lobby we ordered tee and after 15 min,like nothinig happened came another guy and asked would you like to order something? i said yes we ordered. he said that there wa no orders at all. then we ordered to him same tee. and waited for another 15 min. half hour to make tee is not quite much isnt it? for the hotel with the name Ritz Carlton

The concierge services were excellent on the Club level, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the staff there most attentive, the hotel very well appointed. Location was great.

First, the food and drinks at R-C Club were not on par with what can be expected and, further, not on par with the club levels of other luxury hotels that we've stayed in around the world. Second, communicating with the hotel via email after booking but before arrival was not easy and apparently there is quite a bit of room for improvement in the manner in which the staff communicates internally regarding guests. Third, there was fairly strong odor of cigarette smoke in our bathroom, in particular the separate toilet "booth". All in all minor issues.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic facilities. Nice big clean rooms. The Staff was very professional, and very nice. We highly recomend this hotel, and we "will-be-back". Alexander Platz is just out the front door.

This is absolutely, without qualification, the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. Every person on the staff was very well trained in their area of responsibility and understood not only the core concept but also the nuances of being in the hospitality industry. Although the Ritz Carlton is considered a luxury hotel and could never be described as inexpensive, it is a hotel that understands value at every level of operation. I recommend Ritz Carlton and especially its Berlin, Potsdamer Platz, hotel enthusiastically.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was a delightful extra.

In diesem Hotel hat man das Gefühl, dass alles bis ins kleinste Detail auf den Gast abgestimmt wird. Ich habe bisher noch kein so zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal erlebt.

Leichte Komplikationen bei der Barbezahlung am Ende. Das scheint nicht mehr üblich zu sein und verträgt sich offenbar schlecht mit der Software... doch am Schluss klappte es doch noch.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and always smiling, we thank all the "Club Agent" very much. The room is large with luxury furniture and the bed comfortable. Pool and sauna very nice. We recomend this hotel for a romantic stay in Berlin

Restaurants: only the brasserie was open (but in Berlin there are a lot of good restaurants)
