The room was very large, there was even a small kitchen area with some free beverages in the refrigerator. The room was very clean, and modern-looking. The hotel is close to the U-Bahn and is extremely easy to reach from the main station. The staff was very professional and friendly and spoke great english and also russian. There was no problem with checking in late at night. |

The facilities were great. The hotel staff was fabulous. They helped with directions, computer operations and even had the "tech man" fix my broken suit case. I would definitely book this hotel again. |

Great : Close to U-Bahn, quiet area, beautiful sidewalk/cycling road, hotel staff are very friendly and 24h Reception. Pet for free, Grocery store and Italian restaurant part of the hotel was great. What I didn't like was a bathroom light, it's dark. Room was a bit old but it renovated so not much problem. Internet was charged 3.99/h. |

this hotel was great the staff was very accomidating. room were clean complete with a little kitchenete. included two free water and beer in the mini fridge. great area just outside Munich but very close to public transport to city. about 10 minutes away. no a/c |

The staff was friendly and helpful, from the clerk all the way to the waitress in the breakfast area. There was a discrepancy in that I was under the assumption that the breakfast was included with the cost of the hotel. However, upon arriving they informed me that we would be charged for our two sons, 12 and 10. Due to the kindness of the staff they did not charge us. However, this should be made more clear on the booking.com website. Also, the bathroom in the room was too small. |

Very nice place to stay, lots of parks, good public transportation, Taxigarten in the neighborhood! Hotel could not find our reservation - luckily we could. |

Check-in/out was swift, room ideal size and very clean,excellent facillities and the hotel was situated in a quiet area of Munich with excellent transport connections to the centre.I can make no suggestion which would improve this hotel in any way.It was ideal for my requirements and I would recommend it unreservedly. |

It was great having a kitchenette and fridge in my room and having a supermarket and restaurant on site. Hotel is situated in a nice leafy suburb with metro station only 5 minute walk away, with centre of town only 4 stops away. Would definitely stay again! I was taking part in the Munich Marathon and the hotel allowed me to keep my room until 6 p.m. at no extra charge. |
