This hotel offers spacious accommodations and a free gym and sauna. It is 3 minutes from the Mittlerer Ring city highway and a 10-minute metro ride from Munich Central Train Station. Ganz schön warm, das Personal (sehr freundlich und hilfsreich), das Ort (neben einem Supermarkt), die grösse des Zimmers The smell of cigarettes in the room. The dirty carpet floor (why carpet floor in the kitchen?), the dirty sofa and the beds not specially comfortable.

The big living area and kitchen. Walkable to OlympiaPark within 20mins Location is a good 10min stroll to the hotel, but in a peaceful and safe residential area.

The room was immaculately spotless, a good size. Yet again it couldn't be faulted for location. U-Bahn, with links to all local public transport, within 5 mins walk. It was a little on the expenive side, but not excessively so. Also my stay was at a time when demand locally was high.

The staff was extremely helpful and it was in the perfect location cause I was able to go jogging to Olympia Park and have close access to city transit, and I liked the fact I can go grocery shopping next door. Everything was close and convenient. The restaurant was excellent as well. I like that the Taxis garden was 5 minutes away.

U-bahn nearby. Furnished apartments with full kitchen and a supermarket in front makes it easy to have meals on a budget. Friendly and helpful staff. Just one hour of free wifi every day.

nice room,and you can got free beer and water in the fridge.it's convinient to take the U1 to the Gern station and got the hotel. the outfall in the bathroom is not very umimpeded.the hotel should check this kind of problem in all the rooms.

Close to Subway station that takes you straight to the city centre of Munich. Only 4 stations away. Another great thing was there was a supermarket only few steps away. That was excellent and handy. The room was small but just enough.

Location next to the supermarket is very convenient for who goes with a family. The room is ok, the kitchen is well equiped. However, I recommend this hotel for who wants to stay in Munich wiht family without spending too much money. The room had more furnitures that needed what made the room small for 2 adults with 2 kids. The Internet service is very bad....it didn't worked most of the time.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. High-end grocery store on- site. While the location was near the largest beer garden in Munich, it was not as centrally located as we would have liked. The hotel is not really a hotel, more of a short-term apartment lease. The feel of the accommodations was more of a college-age-appropriate place versus a couple on their honeymoon (us!). We did not find it as clean as expected, we kept shoes or socks on the whole time. Also, a bed light shorted out when we turned it on and blew the electricity in our unit. We were able to switch the breaker to have electricity but were very weary of turning on the bed reading lights.

La habitación tipo ático muy acogedora con terrazas a ambos lados y bonitas vistas, sobre todo porque estaba nevado. El precio del desayuno por persona me parece un poco elevado (14 €). Creo que la conexión a internet debería ir incluída en el precio; pedí que me dieran acceso para poder imprimir la tarjeta de embarque para el vuelo del día siguiente y me dijeron que pagara la conexión a internet, me descargara el archivo y se lo diera en un pendrive para que me lo pudieran imprimir.

L'hotel è molto valido! La camera business molto confortevole fornita di angolo cottura. Staff dell'hotel molto cordiale e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni turistiche e logistiche. A fianco dell'hotel c'è un fornito supermercato. Si può parcheggiare la macchina gratuitamente nei paraggi dell'hotel in quanto la struttura è situata in un quartiere molto tranquillo.
