Location was convenient, easy to access with U-Bahn. Close to olympia centrum. Located in a peaceful part of city. Pillows were not comfortable. Carpets need to be changed, better if floor tiles was used instead of carpets. Hotel was satisfactory but the Italian restaurant located in the hotel was good about food, awful about service. Better eat at outside hotel. |

The hotel was ideally situated for my friend and I. The restaurant attached had a very nice atmosphere and served excellent food. The breakfasts offered a wide range of choice. It was a bit stuffy in the bedroom. |

It has cooking facilities and so is great for longer stays. It is next door to supermarket and so very easy to buy food. Excellent value (we had early bird rate). Hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast was very expensive. |

Breakfast was really great. The 2 free waters and 2 free beers in the fridge were a nice touch. I love the fact that there was a kitchenette. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I love that there was a computer guests could use. Absolutely beautiful grounds and nice restaurants too. I wish the room had a bathtub, like it did in the picture on the website. It would be nice to have free wifi. I was hoping to rent/buy a electrical adapter but the hotel had none available. These are small issues. |

It exceeded expectations. The location was great; quiet and beautiful. Also, the trip to the city center is very easy on the U-Bahn. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. They charge way too much for use of wi-fi! It was 4 euro for an hour! The bed wasn't very comfortable for two people either. |

Location was good, in the suburbs away from the city but easy access on public transport to all areas It was very hot when we stayed & there was no air conditioning or a fan which made it hard to sleep at night |

The room was very large, there was even a small kitchen area with some free beverages in the refrigerator. The room was very clean, and modern-looking. The hotel is close to the U-Bahn and is extremely easy to reach from the main station. The staff was very professional and friendly and spoke great english and also russian. There was no problem with checking in late at night. |

The facilities were great. The hotel staff was fabulous. They helped with directions, computer operations and even had the "tech man" fix my broken suit case. I would definitely book this hotel again. |

Great : Close to U-Bahn, quiet area, beautiful sidewalk/cycling road, hotel staff are very friendly and 24h Reception. Pet for free, Grocery store and Italian restaurant part of the hotel was great. What I didn't like was a bathroom light, it's dark. Room was a bit old but it renovated so not much problem. Internet was charged 3.99/h. |

this hotel was great the staff was very accomidating. room were clean complete with a little kitchenete. included two free water and beer in the mini fridge. great area just outside Munich but very close to public transport to city. about 10 minutes away. no a/c |

The staff was friendly and helpful, from the clerk all the way to the waitress in the breakfast area. There was a discrepancy in that I was under the assumption that the breakfast was included with the cost of the hotel. However, upon arriving they informed me that we would be charged for our two sons, 12 and 10. Due to the kindness of the staff they did not charge us. However, this should be made more clear on the booking.com website. Also, the bathroom in the room was too small. |
