This hotel offers spacious accommodations and a free gym and sauna. It is 3 minutes from the Mittlerer Ring city highway and a 10-minute metro ride from Munich Central Train Station. We liked the location (5 minute walk to underground), the friendliness and helpfulness of staff (and they spoke English!!), the clean facilities. It was nice they gave us 2 sets of keys which meant we were a bit freer to do our own thing. There is a supermarket closeby as well as you can order fresh bread, spreads etc to be delivered to your apartment for breakfast which is nice, not to mention the all day coffee availble in the foyer for when you come back tired and need a drink! There is a restaurant next door - seemed to be the only nearby option for food. We cooked simple meals in our apartment but the kitchenette was very small.

The hotel was nice it had a lot of extras. It is set up for more long term stayers. There is a small fridge and stove in each room. The staff was helpful and the hotel was in a nice neighborhood. It is a little far from the city center and a good 5 min walk to the subway. Also everything near the hotel seems to close at 6 pm.

The big living area and kitchen. Walkable to OlympiaPark within 20mins Location is a good 10min stroll to the hotel, but in a peaceful and safe residential area.

The staff were superb, very helpful. We booked for Oktoberfest when there was very little availability elsewhere; we were surprised how accessible it was to the centre, only 3 stops on the u Bahn. The room itself was quite basic/functional, and a bit dated; but it was quite large and perfectly adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was immaculately spotless, a good size. Yet again it couldn't be faulted for location. U-Bahn, with links to all local public transport, within 5 mins walk. It was a little on the expenive side, but not excessively so. Also my stay was at a time when demand locally was high.

The staff was extremely helpful and it was in the perfect location cause I was able to go jogging to Olympia Park and have close access to city transit, and I liked the fact I can go grocery shopping next door. Everything was close and convenient. The restaurant was excellent as well. I like that the Taxis garden was 5 minutes away.

U-bahn nearby. Furnished apartments with full kitchen and a supermarket in front makes it easy to have meals on a budget. Friendly and helpful staff. Just one hour of free wifi every day.

Located within a peaceful district of Munich and within easy reach of the city centre. Minor complaint at the lack of air conditioning. Room became uncomfortable due to the temperature (September wather). May be more of a problem in the full summer months.

nice room,and you can got free beer and water in the fridge.it's convinient to take the U1 to the Gern station and got the hotel. the outfall in the bathroom is not very umimpeded.the hotel should check this kind of problem in all the rooms.

Close to Subway station that takes you straight to the city centre of Munich. Only 4 stations away. Another great thing was there was a supermarket only few steps away. That was excellent and handy. The room was small but just enough.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. We had an appartment which was excellent. The location to of the apartment to the city is great. It took absolutely no time to get into the centre. There is a supermarket right next door to the hotel which makes self catering a breeze. There are also a number of good local restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend these apartments.

Location next to the supermarket is very convenient for who goes with a family. The room is ok, the kitchen is well equiped. However, I recommend this hotel for who wants to stay in Munich wiht family without spending too much money. The room had more furnitures that needed what made the room small for 2 adults with 2 kids. The Internet service is very bad....it didn't worked most of the time.
