The Pure  

The design of the rooms and bathroom was terrific. Breakfast great choice and selection - excellent value for money.

Location is a bit away from the shopping area.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the central train station although not in the best part of the city. The lobby, breakfast area and rooms all reflect a clean, modern design theme that I found both appealing and comfortable. My air-conditioned room on the 5th floor had a French door that opened out onto a large balcony complete with table and chairs-- a perfect spot for relaxing at the end of a busy day. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a wide variety of quality items.

Great location near train station and within walking distance to main sights. We were only in Frankfurt 1 night. Very hip and trendy hotel and excellent service.

Before venturing out I would just ensure you understand how close to the red light district the hotel actually is.

The best hotel

I didn't feel like this was actually a 4 star hotel but rather a 3 star. There were carts with dirty towels left in the already tiny hallway making getting by a bit of a problem. The staff wasnt very pleasent . Had an issue with the reception area being part of the bar. Imagining having to wait for to check-in because the receptionist is making someone a drink? This is a service that should be separated. I've stayed at design hotels before but I didn't really enjoy this stay. The service could have been better. Won't stay here again.

The Pure's design and aesthetic. Breakfast was superb. The service-oriented and friendly attitude of some of the staff.

The seperate beds and seperate duvets. Our room was prepared for one guest. Bathrobes were missing and one towel was dirty. The lack of a service-oriented and friendly attitude of some of the staff.

Uber groovy hotel, friendly & helpful staff.

Good Breakfast, Best staff & very helpful. Hotel is very neat & tidy & safe to stay espically for sole lady traveller. Also it is in a center location. Good Internet speed.

An average hotel

We were disappointed based on reviews we had found on the internet. Hotel is nothing special. Room size is okay, bathroom is okay but walls are thin and get noise from corridor and other rooms. Double bed is two single beds pushed together. Only one very thin pillow per bed. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is close to station but area in general is rather dingy. Would not stay there again.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and relaxing. The facilities were amazing and the whole stay was enjoyable and pleasant something that is rare these days

Some directions on how to use the heaters would have been good however I don't see this as bad, just some more info such as some instructions would have been amazing.

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast! They have an amazing breakfast, followed by "pure" hotel design and image.

We began with a beautiful fresh rose in our room...however...it was not changed and slowly wilted. Would have been nice to come back to a nice rose at the end of every day.
