Very spacious room. Nice furnishings. Very good bathroom/shower. Good size desk and facilities for business traveller using computer. Excellent location for both international conference centre and city, and within easy walking distance of Neustadt rail station with S Bahn to airport. |

Our room was very comfortable and the included breakfasts was quite extensive. Staff was very helpful. 15-minute walk to the Congress Center. |

The hotel is attractively designed and comfortable. Rooms spacious and impeccably clean; staff professional and helpful. Only criticism would be the unavailability of sandwiches and coffee from hotel bar after 11.30pm. |

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff at the reception, variety of food for buffet breakfast, free indoor pool for hotel guests. The hotel is very big and all elevators are centrally located so depending on the location of one's room it may take more time to get to the room. The maintenance staff should be more considerate - even without putting a "Don't disturb sign" one would not expect someone knock on the door at 9 a.m., or just barge in with a master key to check whether you used that bottle of Perrier! |

The hotel was really great. Excellent staff, very clean, very close to the historical part of town, close to one of the nicest bridges in dresden the breakfast is too expensive (21 euros per person) |

Location is outstanding and the staff friendly. Rooms are spacious and well isolated from noice outside or inside the hotel. Lobby quite unique and the service in the bar and restaurant excellent. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The river-side views were spectacular. Internet was too expensive and a costly room upgrade was necessary to get a view of the Old Town. |

View of river, cleanliness, peacefulness, level of staff attentiveness. Booked the Hotel because it is totally smoke free. Wonderful. I have arthritis and I found the bed just a little bit hard on my painful joints. |
