Great host, good location and one of the best breakfasts that I have ever had The porridge wall-paper in my room and some of the best features of this grand old house had been painted over - it oozed great character nonetheless and would visit again

The service was excellent with extremely friendly staff. Reception staff were very helpful with directions,restaurant recommendations etc The breakfasts were excellent with a wide range to suit all tastes - even teenagers! All comments about the hotel itself are very positive. However the surrounding area/hinterland of hotel felt slightly uncomfortable when walking home after dinner.

I love the feeling of entering inside, it's decorated like a museum in Paris, it's small, like a private house with individual apartments. The confort is nice too, very adequate. And the breakfast was great! With an great variety of choices and the service is nice too. The only problem is that there's no free wifi, which is weird for a 3 star hotel. The rest is great.

The room was large and very comfortable, in a building which had plenty of character. The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfasts were ample and the location very convenient for travelling around Berlin.

The hotel was warm and comfortable. Our room was well furnished and we had a kettle, cups and teapots supplied which, as British tea drinkers, we appreciated. Breakfast was buffet style with a very wide range of items to choose from in a pleasant breakfast room with no feeling of being rushed. The nearest underground station was just 200metres away. The Hauptbahnhof was about a mile, a nice walk by the river, or a short taxi ride. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the breakfast and helpful staff. The first night we got there, the staff called a local resterant and reserved a table for us. We were able to purchase tickets for public transportation right at the front desk. They were very helpful throughout the entire trip. My only complaint was the room was very warm. We did travel in summer but the days were not very hot. A small fan or air conditioner would have helped out some.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Hotel and we love it. Both times have been a very lovely experience. The first stay was in 2007 and was recommended by my daughter-in-law, and most recent was July 25th.Last year in August I had four friends from usa come to see me in Berlin and they wanted a real German experience in a hotel.Naturally I recommended your place for them. They were very also very happy with their stay and naturally we all appreciate the wonderful breakfast.I Will recommend your place to anyone who is going to Berlin..The staff is always very friendly and helpful so thanks for your hotel and the staff..dianna abiol

Good location and good breakfast. The breakfast room is too small. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and in both occasions I had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table. So if you are in a hurry, consider getting you breakfast early in the morning, before 8am. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. In the summer I think this could be a big issue.

Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, starająca się pomóc w turystycznym pobycie w Berlinie. W pobliżu stacja metra. Pokoje od strony ulicy są niezwykle narażone na hałas I ciężko w nich przespać noc.

Super beliggenhed lige ved U-bahn. Dejlig morgenbuffet med ALT. Gode store værelser. Lidt slidt. Mangler en bar eller opholdsrum, idet den bar der er for enden af check-in skranken ikke kan regnes som noget seriøst.

Super Service, sehr freundlich . Gute Lage und zusätzlich noch tolle Tipps vom Personal . Z.Bsp. Restauranttip : Bochumerstr. Italiener :Osteria del arte , einfach super und sehr sehr lecker , nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel ! Gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis . Zwar an einer stark befahrener Straße , aber das ist halt bei citynahen Hotels so.Berlinkarte bekamen wir kostenlos , auch der Kaffee bei Ankunft gegen 10.00 Uhr wurde nicht berechnet . Zimmer waren auf unseren Wunsch bereits um 11.00 Uhr gereinigt und bezugsfertig , besser gehts nicht !

Mulighed for familieværelser og tæt på undergrundstation. Ingen restuatrant på jotellet (bortset fra morgenmad) -Men rigitg god og autentisk tysk (Prauliner) og Italiensk (Osteria "et eller andet") restaurant meget tæt på hotellet. Begge restauranter var bestemt med til at gøre hoteloplevelsen lidt bedre. Selv med værelse på 3. sal var madlugten fra køkkenet på 1. sal gennemtrængende. Lidt kedeligt morgenbord. Egentlig var udvalget ok - men der var ligesom lidt "Aldi" kvalitet over det hele. Delte meninger om sengene - men kan opfattes lidt hårde.

Fin morgenmads buffet og 2 Metro stationer tæt på (én ca. 100 m. og en ca. 800 m. derfra). Pæne og rene værelser. Lidt kedeligt kvarter - men nemt at komme rundt. Se ovenfor.

Stedentrip met 15 vrienden, leeftijd rond de 25, i.v.m. Silvester party. 3 4-persoonskamers en 1 3-persoonskamer geboekt. Zeer ruime kamers, er was voldoende zitplaats voor als je met 10 man op een kamer iets wilde bespreken. Alle kamers aan de straatkant, redelijk drukke straat maar er zitten 2 enkele ramen in met tussenruimte van 20cm, waardoor geluid voldoende gedempt wordt. Ontbijtbuffet zeer goed. Wat klein opgezet, maar ze hebben ruime keuze. Aanvullen verliep zeer goed. Personeel vriendelijk en correct. Openbaar vervoer tickets kunnen worden gekocht in het hotel! Buslijn brengt je rechtstreeks naar Brandenburger Tor-Alexanderplatz. Op 2e verdieping kon men 's nachts/'s morgens heel vroeg ontbijtlucht ruiken (omelet e.d.). Kamers waren erg warm, ondanks dat de radiator dichtgedraaid was. Buizensysteem was namelijk warm die door de kamers liepen.~ U-bahn op 100m, echter helaas eenmaal overstappen om bij trekpleisters als Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamerplatz te komen.

De locatie (op redelijke loopafstand van de "Brandenburger Tor", waar het oud&nieuw feest wordt gehouden) gaf voor ons de doorslag. Personeel is vriendelijk, ontbijt is uitgebreid & lekker! Gebruik van parkeergarage iets verderop met korting. Mooi trappenhuis! De kamer was erg benauwd en redelijk klein. De kussens waren een ramp: erg plat! Eerste nacht mede hierdoor nauwelijks geslapen: volgende dag een extra kussen gevraagd maar dat hielp ook niet ...

отличный персонал, завтрак потрясающий!!! расположен очень удобно, 5 минут до метро, абсолютно спокойный безопасный район, близко к центру. удобный номер ос всеми удобствами. единственный минус - не очень хорошая звукоизоляция.
