Friendly hotel staff, always willing to help out. Breakfast room is rather small, you might have to wait for a table on crowded days/rush hours. |

Good stay for family, good location : short way to subway station, to the river, green Tiergarten, good rate condtions/costs, what is important for family. It's a lot of place on a street, where you can park your car without paying. |

Friendly welcome, excellent and very clean room and toilet. Good breakfast buffet. Cheap Chinese food outlet close by, and close to an underground station. The bus TXL goes past the hotel from the Tegel Airport and to the town center. Very good tourist information given by the hotel's proprietor who mans the reception during daytime. |

Breakfast was excellent - meat, cheese, fruits, etc., rooms were clean and the general manager was irresistible and ready to help with everything. Not all the stuff from reception speaks english so sometimes we could't understand each other. U-bahn station is on a five steps distance but you have to change few lines to reach a city centre. |

Great selection of food for breakfast No tea making facilities in room was the only thing as I really would love to be able to make a cup of tea before going to bed. |

Breakfast The room was not warm enough because one of the radiators was not working. Though we informed staff about it and they said it would be fixed, it was not fixed and we stayed for three nights in a half-cold situation. |

The hotel has character and was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with ample food and variety. It is very conveniently sited, close to many interesting sites with excellent transport links and eating places nearby. Our room was at the beginning of a corridor and we were disturbed by noisy guests during the night. Unlike the UK there are no tea making facilities in the room which we missed. |

Our room was brand new, very big for a European Hotel. It was Clean. The Breakfast was Magnificent. They had a complimentary fruit basket available all day long. Free Internet. It was close to buses subway and the bus to the airport picked up in front of hotel and was a 15 minute ride. |

Breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff are very helpful and efficient in helping us find restaurants and public transportations, and how to get around the neighbourhood. The carpets, at least in the room we stayed in, badly needed to be updated. The mini-bar refrigerator could have been bigger so we could have put in several of our water bottles and a carton of milk and sodas. Lastly, a coffeemaker would have been nice. |
