Well this is one of the best in the four hotels i've stayed in Kassel. The other one I loved was Stadt Hotel, Kassel. The staff should learn english as it becomes difficult for travellers from different countries to converse. |

The room was spacious, it was clean on arrival and beds were made every day and towels changed every 2 days.Breakfast was basic but there was plenty of choice and more than enough to eat.The staff were very pleasant but did not offer any advise on where to go to visit or eat, i think that was partly down to them not speaking English which was a shame as we wanted to make the most of our time in Kassel. Our room was extreemly noisy due to the traffic which was buses abd taxi's which seemed to run all throught the night, also the police and ambulances used it as a rat run using their sirens all the time. We shut all the windows at night but then we could not sleep very well as it was too hot, air conditioning or a fan would have been appropriate. Also on arrival (we had been travelling all day it would have nice to be offered a drink as there is no facilities to do a hot drink, we arrived in the evening so did not have any other way to get a drink. We were also on the 3rd floor so had to haul our luggage up 3 flights as there was not any lift or help. Older people would need to be made aware of this. |

The decorative theme of the hotel was very nice. The stained glass windows were beautiful and the breakfast was great! The hotel had 4-5 free parking stalls and we got one of them. It's close to restaurants and we even found a great mexican restaurant nearby in the shopping center. The staff was very friendly and the price was good. At first we thought the street it was located on was a bit sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. They could use a couple more parking stalls and I would've liked to have tissues in bathroom. Overall it was great. |

mooie ruime kamer en voortreffelijke ligging vlakbij station Kassel en winkelcentrum. Kamers aan de straatkant hebben last van verkeerslawaai. |

Het prsoneel was erg aardig, goed ontbijtbuffet en prijs kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Toen we aankwamen was het zaterdagavond 21:00 we konden helaas niets meer drinken in het hotel de bar was dicht. Dat verbaasde ons enorm, gelukkig hadden we zelf nog wat drinken bij. |

Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux car il est à volonté... La chambre est salle de bain propre avec une bonne pression dans la douche... L'hotel est le plus proche pour aller au musictheater si vous venez pour un concert....il se trouve à 26 min à pied Je n'ai pas aimé le personnel de l'hotel qui ne parle prqtiquement pas anglais ni français, car ils m'ont demandé de repayer ma chambre alors que j'avais réglée sur booking...heureusement j'ai réussi à me faire comprendre mais pour les personnes ne parlant pas anglais cela risque d'être difficile! L'heure d'arrivée est un peu tard aussi je trouve... |

Wij hadden een grote ruime, lichte kamer op de 1e verdieping.(geen lift aanwezig) T.V. kleine koelkast, 2 banken, eethoek, een tweedeurskast, extra kussens en een heerlijk bed.Verlichting ok. Douche,toilet,wastafel.Alles netjes. Hotel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg, ondanks dat hebben wij goed geslapen.Op <10 min.lopen v/h centrum, heel gezellig. Wij kregen een uitdraai v/h centrum. 24Uurs parkeerbewaking, gratis. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer! De eetzaal ziet er gezellig uit, ontbijt is ok. Aanrader: nw.vloerbedekking, nw.bankbekleding(eventueel 'tzelfde, brengt eenheid en maakt het aantrekkelijker) nieuwe glazen douche-deur. Buitendeur een verfje geven: is 1ste gezicht! |

Afstand centrum - hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer. Niet tevreden is n.v.t/ Maar ik weet niet waar ik anders de melding kwijt moet. Het hotel was niet via Booking.com op de hoogte gesteld van onze komst. Gelukkig hadden ze wel een kamer vrij. !!!!!! |

God beliggenhed og morgenmad. Venlig personale. Vi havde kun en overnatning, så hotellet var okay til formålet, men skulle vi have tilbragt flere dage der, ville jeg blive dybt deprimeret af alt det brune på værelset. Skift alt det brune i værelset/badeværelset med andre farver. Værelset var dejligt stort, men indretningen skulle klart forbedres. |
