Location behind the railway station. Confortable and large rooms, clean and convenient, reasonnable rate and excellent breakfast.

Walkably close to the main railway station in a country-side ambience rather than a city-clutter environment. Very helpful staff but I recommend that you have your English-German word book with you. Convenient connection by bus to the airport 35 km away and linkages to various tourist spots in the geographical area. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a bit of a matchbox so mind your elbow. The steps are meant for young and masculine negotiation particularly if you get a room in the 3rd, 4th or 5th floor - there is no lift.

Relative to the price I payed the rooms are of good size. There are rooms with balcony. Ask for it if you like it. They provide free wifi. It is pretty quiet there.

Very good location,very well connected with the Rostock city centre and the old town, as well as with the beach of Warnemünde. Specious,clean room with good beds. The Hotel has 5 floors and doesn't have an elevator!! Also the check-in is at 15:00hrs while the check-out at 11:00hrs

Die Freundlichkeit von den Mitarbeitern. Alle waren sehr nett. Das Hotel hat kein Aufzug. Wer ein Zimmer in dem 4. Etage hat, muss den Treppensteigen...

Der innere Eindruck des Hauses ist besser als der Äußere (Plattenbau), trotzdem sollte die Deckenbeleuchtung im Zimmer komplett und ohne Spinnweben sein.

Lage zum Veranstaltungsort "Stadthalle" perfekt (50 m). Lage zum Bahnhof (Anreise) und zur Straßenbahn und S-Bahn wirklich gut Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut (2,0 km) Frühstück ist gut. Betten sind bequem, Zimmer und Einrichtung einfach aber O.k Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Hotelumgebung Nachts quasi ohne Verkehrslärm. Frühstücksraum sehr eng und nur mit kleinen Fenstern Hotel scheint nicht den aktuellen, brandschutztechnischen Erkenntnissen zu genügen.

Die Lage für mich war sehr gut, es liegt jedoch ausserhalb der Innenstadt. Das Gepäck konnte ich zu jeder Zeit einstellen. Das Hotel wirkt von aussen sehr unprofessionell

Schönes Zimmer, geräumig, sauber, ruhig. Hotel war sehr schwer zu finden, ohne Parkmöglichkeit in direkter Hotelnähe - nächste Parkmögkichkeit: Bahnhof, zu weit und zu unsicher. Ein Hinweischild für die Anfahrt ist unbedingt an den Hauptanfahrtsrichtungen notwendig. Frühstück für 15 € pro Person ist absolut überteuert, nicht schlecht, aber nicht für diesen Preis.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbsre Nähe der Stadthalle und ist ideal beim Besuch von Veranstaltungen. Wir waren zum Frühlingsfest der Volksmusik mit Florian Silbereisen und waren froh, die Übernachtung im Hotel an der Stadthalle gebucht zu haben. Somit brauchten wir die Heimfahrt von ca. 70 km nicht mehr antreten.

das frühstück war spitze zumal war mir nicht bewusst, dass das frühstück exclusive ist. somit war das ganze doch nicht so günstig. es gibt keinen fahrstuhl. wir mussten in den 5. stock allein mit unserem gepäck. die rezeption war nur bis 20 uhr geöffnet und das an einem tag, wo nebenan in der stadthalle ein event stattfand. die mitarbeiterin, die die küche betreute war super nett, aber die junge frau an der rezeption fanden wir eher mittelmäßig. die zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber (bis auf eine kaputte lampe und sterilen weißen wänden). der flur und das äußere des hotels sind absolut nicht ansprechend
