TOM`S HOTEL (Gay Hotel)  

Staff was so friendly, the apartment was very clean, private and nice, beautiful pictures decorating the room, chairs to sit around at night. Wonderful location, a supermarket cross the street. Rooms are huge with a big and clean bathroom, a full kitchen and living room with a couch and plasma tv. I would highly recommend this location. Staff is helpful and thankful for your business. Close to gay restaurants, metro, gay bars and gay shopping and a lot hot gay Germans around. I will stay again next year.

I like everything, the guy let me check in early by 11 am and also I decided to stay a couple of more days and they gave me a special rate. I was very happy with their customer services. They are always willing to help you with anything.

I booked the apartment. The price, lcoale, accommodations were more than one could ask for. Centrally located where I wanted to go and visit, so it was the best place for me in all of Berlin to stay. The clerk in the office was so helpful, showing me on the map all the paces I wanted to go to. It had living room, kitchen, bedroom laid out so nicely. Yes, it was a great place to stay and great price. Why pay more for a hotel room when this apartment could be had? Thanks so much!

The hotel was great for the two nights that we stayed there, but the apartment we had was horrible. It was loud from the other tenants all the time. The slamming of doors was terrible all the time. The bathroom was not that clean, the air vent was filthy, the towels were way to small, there was no use for them . The pillows were usless, no form to them at all. When we first arrived, the person checking us in was not friendly, did not introduce himself, greeted us with a grunt and he did not appear friendly, then we were not pleased. But our stay was wonderful otherwise. Would we re-book , at this point not sure. But. Berlin was a wonderful city to visit and i would not hesitate to visit again. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It was not a hotel. It was more like a hostel. I only stayed 2 nights and then moved to a proper hotel, sacrificing the cost of my third night.

Toms appartement. You have your own flat in the middle of the gay scene of Berlin. Also Shopping, Gay leather and clothes store and big departement stores close to the Hotel. The staff and hotel very good.

Liked the free bottled sparkling water, the size of the room, the renovated bathroom and the overall value for money.

Water pressure in shower could have been better

The staff is lovely and very welcoming & helpful. It's a rather unconventional setup for a hotel, but its works somehow. There's a feeling of independence rather than being locked up in one big hotel building having to go in and out of the lobby for everything.

The only problem we had was with our bathroom. At one point the drain from the shower started pouring out water and our room started flooding. Fortunately it stopped before it got completely out of hand and then a repair man came later in the day to fix it.

The apartment I stayed in was very clean and well furnished, and there was a great selection of city guides too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for closeness to local stores, pubs and public transport.

Very bad Internet reception. Unlike promise we could barely connect to the wifi. Very small towel! Hotel stuff nice but not very helpful.

My room had a subtle odor of smoke and the noise from the street at night.
