friendly staff and convenient location There was no air conditioning and was humid so I sweat all over my sheets..they could really use at least a fan! also, hard to sleep because of the loudness until 5 AM due to the close proximity of the bars. |

Friendly staff, fun and quirky colour scheme in rooms, quietness, closeness to transport. Would have likedto have air-conditioning (or at least an electric fan) and small fridge in room. |

Very central The accommodation was billed as an appartment but it was without any cooking facilities. It was a room + bathroom and small link room with a fridge and sink |

Personal were nice. Location is great! I took rom at second flor, at this moment i wasn't provide by key for elevator. Pass 2 flors with big trank without elevator is not so comfortable. Provide keys for elevator. |

The location is excellent, very close to transit and restaurants and major sites in the area. Not being able to pay with a credit card (cash only) was a bit of a pain. As well it would have been nice if the room had an alarm clock and maybe a microwave (it did however have a fridge). |

both bedroom and bathroom floors were swept but dirty and needing mopping. Under the bed was dusty Toilet was dirty all around the hinge when you lift the lid. The room and corridor smells stale and smokey. My clothethes that I did not ware during my stay smelled of the room on my return home. |

the location is excellent and the rooms are sort of typical for Berlin I would not call Tom's hotel a hotel it is more a room or an apartment rental service |

Great location, nice room, nice bathroom, very clean, provided free wi-fi and botted water, very quiet, did not experience much noise, seemed like I was the only guest for most of the stay no dresser in room to store clothing, no clock in room |

Hotel is close to the big gay scene in Berlin , Own key is good so no need to ring a bell at night , free bottles of water for your use. Can be noisy sometimes at night as it is on a street |

I liked the fact that it was centred in the heart of the gay centre of berlin. The rooms were good size and the bathrooms were particuarly well appointed. |

Good location in gay Barlin. Not far from the Metro. Hotel to choose only if you want to sleep during the day.. cause by night a lot of noise dued to the proximity of bars. |
