I booked the apartment. The price, lcoale, accommodations were more than one could ask for. Centrally located where I wanted to go and visit, so it was the best place for me in all of Berlin to stay. The clerk in the office was so helpful, showing me on the map all the paces I wanted to go to. It had living room, kitchen, bedroom laid out so nicely. Yes, it was a great place to stay and great price. Why pay more for a hotel room when this apartment could be had? Thanks so much!

Cleanliness and coziness. Lovely touch to have fresh coffee in kitchen and shower gel in bathroom. Remember some of the flats are a 10 min walk from the hotel which isn't a real problem but if you don't know Berlin it might just throw you.

Great location in the gay district and close to the u-bahn station Nollendorfplatz. Nice room, not overly big but nicely renovated and clean. Really comfortable beds and bed linens is a big plus.

Location was great, the apartment was big. It offered the usage of a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Friendly and helpfull staff. Hotel was flexible with checking out time. I stayed in an apartment outside of the hotel. The bed was not very comfortable, it had a very thin mattress. The room was not very clean either; there was still dirt on the floor, some of the the kitchen utilities were not clean and the room smelled like moist. The city was nice, the location splendid but I was a bit disappointed about the accommodation.

The best thing about the hotel was absolutely the location. The room was reasonably good with comfort and space - the bathroom was excellent / beautiful. I have no complaints, but maybe a couple of notes. In my reservation it was indicated that breakfast could be added ad an extra cost, however this was not mentioned at the hotel. You have to be prepared that there may not be someone in the reception at all time - but there is of course a number to call. The only way to check out early is to leave the key in the room and agree with the reception the day before - the reception is not open at 7 am.

The hotel was great for the two nights that we stayed there, but the apartment we had was horrible. It was loud from the other tenants all the time. The slamming of doors was terrible all the time. The bathroom was not that clean, the air vent was filthy, the towels were way to small, there was no use for them . The pillows were usless, no form to them at all. When we first arrived, the person checking us in was not friendly, did not introduce himself, greeted us with a grunt and he did not appear friendly, then we were not pleased. But our stay was wonderful otherwise. Would we re-book , at this point not sure. But. Berlin was a wonderful city to visit and i would not hesitate to visit again. Sincerely Dennis Walker for Tim McGuire. Complaints are in the above box.

It was way overpriced for what it was. Room was supposed to be ready at 2, but wasn't available until 4:30 so we took another apartment that was much farther away but was supposed to be clean. It was filthy...toilet had been used and not flushed (tp and other markings there). There was dust covering everything, bleach stains on the sheets, had no hot water the first day/night or next morning, and it didn't smell great. The guy from the hotel came to fix the water quickly and was very nice though.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was not a hotel. It was more like a hostel. I only stayed 2 nights and then moved to a proper hotel, sacrificing the cost of my third night.

Clean, spacious, modern, Wifi, very helpful staff. The people smoking and drinking beer on the steps who would not move over so I could easily get in. I had to lean over them to insert the key and open the door. On a tangential note, the person who wheels their convalescent mother into the nearby Nollendorfplatz station and left her there every day unattended with a bucket for spare change needs to be prosecuted for elderly abuse. This has nothing to do with Tom's, however.

The location is the only good thing about the hotel The fact that I had to have my blocked shower looked at 3 times and the problem was still not sorted out. There were no in room facilities i.e. tea/coffee station, mini fridge, the fact that the hotel is in another building from reception and based on different floors makes it cold and disjointed. Poor customer service, I do not know if its just me or the German way of doing things.

Liked the free bottled sparkling water, the size of the room, the renovated bathroom and the overall value for money. Water pressure in shower could have been better

The staff is lovely and very welcoming & helpful. It's a rather unconventional setup for a hotel, but its works somehow. There's a feeling of independence rather than being locked up in one big hotel building having to go in and out of the lobby for everything. The only problem we had was with our bathroom. At one point the drain from the shower started pouring out water and our room started flooding. Fortunately it stopped before it got completely out of hand and then a repair man came later in the day to fix it.

I stayed in one of the appartments just round the corner in a very quiet road. It was the ideal location for the restaurants, clubs, a Saturday market, and church, with easy access to the underground, and only a 25 minute walk from the city west centre. The appartment was extremely well equipped and as my first experience of staying in appartment accommodation I will certainly repeat it.

The apartment I stayed in was very clean and well furnished, and there was a great selection of city guides too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for closeness to local stores, pubs and public transport.
