very nice staff, really, there's nothing 'not good' about this. the apartments are located in a quiet street, 100m further, so no street noise, no nothing. lovely - perfect in every way. (and CHEAP!!)

Excellent location. Close to Bars and Restaurants and close to Nollendorf Platz Undergoud Station. Clean and nicely decorated with TV giving BBC News Channel. Free Coffee provided. Kitchen had everything needed prepare meals with a Supermarket over the road to purchase anything needed.

location, polite staff, availability of apartments, apartment needs renovation i.e. the door for the shower booth was broke, no light above the mirror in the bathroom - difficult for shaving. the curtains in the room desperately need some cleaning. The other facilities were clean! WIFI available but not very stable Even though it was Eastern pricing was too high

No sound isolation. You could hear everything from other apartments. The bed matrice was too soft.

I stayed only one night but the manager was extremely helpful about what to do in the area and where I could get "discounts" etc.

Well designed, well equipped and spacious apartments in the centre of the Gay village. Supermarket for groceries just across the street and restaurants and take away food are available nearby too. Discount voucher book given to guests for drinks and other local services. Distance from other attractions. Great location for partying through the night though. Problems encountered when trying to use vouchers at other venues.

Basic, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and very conveniently located for the gay heart of Berlin. Despite this lovely and quiet for when we eventually did want to sleep!

Clean on arrival. The room wasnt cleaned for 2 days. There was no breakfast,the cafe was closed until lunchtime ! The office was usually closed. The fruitbowl was 2 apples, and not replaced. THE ROOM WAS VERY COLD.

The location was fabulous. Right in the heart of the gay area. Not far on the underground to all the sights and city centre. The staff were ever so helpful in suggesting places for dinenr, drinks, or a night out. The room was large, immaculately clean. The bathroom was just spectactular in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable.
