Very good location Was very cold in the room when we arrived,wanted to warm up but could not as it also was just a shower instead of bath, would prefer a bath, never have seen shower cabin in 4 star hotel before. rate and location of the hotel was great but the room was so-so |

Sometimes you get a really big room. I like that they use proper old-fashioned keys instead of magnetic cards and that the double beds are real double beds instead of two single beds joined together... Some of the rooms a bit on the small side. |

Very central and quet In 2009 to have no air conditoning in a city where it is often 30c made sleeping poor .It was far too hot in the rooms. Would not recommend it to anyone for a summer visit. |

Breakfast was excellent with every taste catered for. Some of the staff were more than helpful and friendly particularly Petricia who was very approachable and a delight. We also liked the close proximity to the Zoo enabling us to go to any part of Berlin easily by public transport. The bathroom was particularly small and was certainly not four star quality. Everything else ok. |

A good location for shopping and well located for S and U Bahn and buses; friendly and helpful personel. Single, standard room is small but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. With the window open, a streetside room could be noisy. |
