очень выгодное расположение - на тихой улочке в непосредственной близости от самого центра. Было бы неплохо, чтобы был рускоговорящий персонал на ресепшине. |

Отличное месторасположение - рядом КаДеВе, Зоопарк, рядом станция метро, за 15 минут можно добраться до любой достопримечательности. Тихий район. Чистые номера, приветливый персонал, нас заселили даже за час до положенного заселения (в 13.00) Бесплатный спа и спортзал - после целого дня в городе - это как раз, чтобы расслабиться. Детям до 13 лет бесплатная дополнительная кровать. Было бы здорово, если бы в Спа добавили джакузи. Бесплатный интернет только у рецепшн. |

The location is very good, room is clear, breakfast quite nutrisious. Staff competent. I expected more things in bathroom - shampoo, cotton peds, etc |

Sometimes you get a really big room. I like that they use proper old-fashioned keys instead of magnetic cards and that the double beds are real double beds instead of two single beds joined together... Some of the rooms a bit on the small side. |

Very central and quet In 2009 to have no air conditoning in a city where it is often 30c made sleeping poor .It was far too hot in the rooms. Would not recommend it to anyone for a summer visit. |

- quite good location, food - bathroom is a total disaster. Forget about taking shower - you will have 60 cm/ 60 cm place for shower.. |

Closeness to the city Centre (Berlin), simple and clean. A bit noisy (traffic), too hot in hotel room and no air condition (and windows weren't allowed to open) |

near train, bus, shops, zoo etc, security of the hotel the pillows are too soft, pluming needed in the bathroom (bath tub) dripping. One day no hot water. |

Breakfast was excellent with every taste catered for. Some of the staff were more than helpful and friendly particularly Petricia who was very approachable and a delight. We also liked the close proximity to the Zoo enabling us to go to any part of Berlin easily by public transport. The bathroom was particularly small and was certainly not four star quality. Everything else ok. |

A good location for shopping and well located for S and U Bahn and buses; friendly and helpful personel. Single, standard room is small but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. With the window open, a streetside room could be noisy. |
