The personnel at the door didn't speak any other language than german!

Just outstanding apartments with very polite and profficient stuff. The double appartment had several rooms and was very big and modern in design. Perfect location just 1 minute walk from Point Charlie and Bratwurst museum :) Would definitely stay there next time!!! WiFi internet was an option which I was very glad that they provided.

very hard to find, no sign that said 'top domizil' anywhere. no bin in the kitchen? just a composting bin? also double bed was two single beds pushed together - not very comfortable

It is close to the city center and also the room was good.

The first night the staff was very friendly. On other days an other man was there who do not know english and we had some trouble with the door. He do not wanted to help us. He do not wanted to understand us.

Very good location. Good value for money. Clean and tidy.

On arrival, we were asked by the doorman, to pay a 14euro service charge despite having paid online before we left. We explained that we had paid already and the charge was not mentioned again.

We stayed in TopDomizil Appt.for a week and we really enjoy it.The best is that it is really central.We could use kitchen for breakfast or for small lunch.Very important for my is that we felt safe with a combination of keys and of course of the area which was really safe.It is a matter that the people in front door dont speak english(except one)but we found our way.It is a supermarket,Kaisers,in Leipzigerstr.and Stadmitte metro station for line u2 & u6.But,if the wheather is good,you can walk to Potsdamer pl.in 10 min.and Alexanderpl.in 20-25 min.

This apartment was in a good central location, and was large, spacious and well equipped. However, the service we received on our arrival was terrible. We had travelled a long distance that day - only to find the address confusing and an extremely rude and offensive porter woking in the lobby below to greet us. His attitude and manner was appalling, offensive and was quite intimidating towards my family.

Whilst the facilities were good - I would strongly advise guests to think twice about staying at this apartment - given the extremely poor service we received. The owner of the apartment was not available to greet us and was only available by phone to assist with parking etc, extra sheets etc., and the porter/ security man who greeted us downstairs after our long journey was nasty, lazy and unpleasant and not at all helpful. He was even too lazy and nasty to allow us to park our car that evening, which we had paid for, which we had to leave in the street until the next morning after which a more helpful porter assisted us.

The best is the location, ideal for a visit of Berlin city, next to the subway; the shops are very close too, that allowed us to find some foods and restaurants vers easely; This was really great. The appartment was very large which made the stay confortable. The decoration is nice, the equipement is very good with a microwave, a large fridge, a dish washer, dvd player, 2 TVs, etc.... The security level is high with security badges every where.

1. Before arriving : There was no list of equipement, we did not know whether towels will be provided, whether cleaning at departure had to be made by us, etc.... 2. Arrival : the staff was not friendly, did not speak English and did not make any effort of communication. We had no explanation about the appartement : A man guided us to the appartement, opened the door, gave us 2 keys and 2 cards and left. as a results it tooks us a long time to open the sofa, and to find the garbage room in the celler 3. It was not possible to sleep in the sofa, certainly too old, or very low quality, but not for our backs; we had to put the mastress on the ground

Nice room, all facilities work, such like free WiFi.

We had a room with 3 persons, but there where only 2 beds. One person had to sleep on a bedbench, but that had an iron mattress. It was not possible to sleep on it so i slept on the couch.

Very nice and well-furnished apart equipped with fully functional kitchen. We liked the French windows very much despite the view at the city was not something extraordinary. Although other rooms may face the channel and the view should be very nice. Comfortable king-size bad, large LCD TV, sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and couple wardrobes the spacious studio room. Clean linen and towels. 6th floor and no noisy neighbours so it's quite in the room. Only stayed there for 1 night so can't say anything about service.

Convenient location, plenty of good shopping within easy walking distance. Very secure building. One concierge was a bit grumpy but mostly they were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants close by.comfortable beds.balcony a real bonus. Felt very safe.

It would have helped if the doorman spoke a little English, or printed information was put in the in the apartment eg where to get rid of the rubbish.
