The Checkpoint Plaza is in a fantastic location and very secure. The apartment was a good size with everything you need for a short city break. Handy supermarket. It is a shame that the owner has not provided any information about the apartment (what to do with waste etc) or any information about Berlin itself (local facilities or transport). |

excellent location adjacent to the gendarmmarket and friedrickstrasse. we requested that we shorten our stay by one day and they refused, forced us to pay 80 per cent. humpf. |

The apartments are spacious, well furnished and very neat. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. U-bahn station is just around the corner. Bathroom facilities are excellent. The section I was in had no direct access to caretaker staff who were in an office in another street. There is a possible security risk here when entering late at night; although there was CCTV in the corridors inside. Number to ring caretaker's office should be prominently displayed on room telephones. |

This apartment is very nice for people who want to relax. Location was very nice, easy to explore! Security as well. If I go to Berlin again, I will book this apartment again. |

We stayed at the Checkpoint Plaza. The apartment was in an excellent location: very central but not noisy at all and the area felt very safe. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was nice to go back to after a busy day's sightseeing. Very handy having a small supermarket in the same building too. There was no number to call in case of any problems or questions (although we did not have any). An information pack about Berlin would also have been nice. |

Spacious room for saying it was a studio. Underground stop right outside teh apartment. Essy access to trasnport links. Close to the tourist attractions including galleries and museums. |

The location was great, walking distance from shops, restaurants. The U bahn station is just at the doorstep so it was easy to get to different parts of the city. The apartman was clean, cosy and quiet. They contacted us right after the booking giving us all the information needed. The price of the apartman was reasonable. |

The central location (by Checkpoint Charlie) was excellent. The apartment was warm and comfortable. Access at all hours was great, having a key and a swipe card meant that we where free to come and go as we pleased. The little kitchen was a huge bonus, we weren't restricted as to when and what we could and couldn't eat. The double bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together which was not what we expected and a little uncomfortable. |

The location was fantastic, Berlin is amazing. 3 days is definately not long enough. Wowenhausen!! There weren't apartment instructions in English, only German. |

It had was an excellent location, with an underground station, literally out the front door. Indeed many of the tourist attractions were within walking distance. There was a mix up with the location from your confirmation e-mail than to where we were actually staying. Plus having to ring the person before we got there was a little inconvenient. |
