In addition, each apartment offers a comfortable dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A supermarket is located within the apartment building of Checkpoint Plaza, while guests staying at Wallstraße will find a baker's and 2 supermarkets within a 500-metre radius.

The new Axel-Springer-Passage is also nearby and offers an array of shops, a conference centre and many excellent restaurants.
The apartments also have excellent public transport links for exploring Berlin and the surrounding area. The U2 underground line lies just outside the entrance to Wallstraße 14, while the U2 and U6 underground lines are just a few metres from Checkpoint Plaza. The main bus stations and S-Bahn stations can be reached very quickly via the underground.
The high-speed LAN internet connection is available in the apartments only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Perfect location, in the middle of everywhere in Berlin. Very close to the city attractions. Good security and the apartments were equipped with everything you need. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. |

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The closeness to the underground rail service is excellent, the cleanliness and facilities of this apartment are excellent. Location is also excellent. We have no trouble in getting to the sights that we were interested in. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family who may wish to come to Berlin or if we make it back we will stay with you again. . Berlin is an amazing city. Everything was great. Thank You. Just one thing that we would suggest is that a telephone be installed that can only be used for local calls or for long distance calls using a credit card We did have a bit of an issue with that. |

I liked the central location- near sights,train stations, restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I found it difficult to speak to anyone on the phone with regards to other available options or potential changes. |

Good beds (didn't try the sofa). Very quiet during night and morning (with closed windows). Restaurants (with take-away) and cafe (with free internet) close by. Supermarket close by (turn left at Leipziger Str.) Clean the carpets. Re-establish ventilation in bathroom. Kitchen ok for breakfast (but bread-knife is missing) - don't expect much kitchenware for real cooking. Better info on parking. Since the doormen don't speak English: Provide writen info on: Parking, supermarket, dish-washer |

Location near U6/U2 subway, inexpensive breakfast restaurant next door, relatively quiet even with windows open, nice furniture and balcony, intelligent use of very limited interior space. Friendly concierge staff, we were allowed in before the official check-in time of 2pm. Room was clean and fresh towels supplied by the time we returned in the evening of the first day. It's an apartment not a hotel, so bring your own soap etc. Need to swipe magnetic security card three times to reach apartment door via separate entrance, then use conventional key to open it. Card must be swiped even to exit building. Utilitarian architecture and forest of security cameras create something of a Big Brother atmosphere in the hallways. Bathtub is slippery, bathroom fan has a mind of its own. Sofa narrow but usable as a single bed, just not a pull-out model as advertised. |

Location: quiet, yet close to everything. Nice and tasteful interior. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom was not impeccably clean. Cleaning service once a week is included (additional cleaning available at a fee), but there are no spare bed linens. |

I was given the wrong address for this apartment. I notice that you are still giving the wrong address and have not updated this info since I had rung you from Berlin. Spent hours trying to find apartment and couldn't contact the owner by phone because the telephone number given was not working. You need to contact the owner and update your info before another customer has the same problems we did. |

Central location was fantastic, with many of the major sites and attractions a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was stylish, nicely furnished, well-designed and comfortable. It was also well maintained (apart from one or two minor niggles - see below) and clean when we arrived. It was great to have a balcony where we could sit outside to eat, particularly since the weather during our stay was great. We'd definitely go back there. It would have been really useful to have an information sheet with details of local facilities such as supermarkets/food shops, banks with cashpoints, etc. As it was, we only found the nearest good supermarket towards the end of our stay. Also, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues: one of the curtains in the living room had been taken down, apparently because it was broken, and the shower curtain in the bathroom wasn't long enough. |

The Checkpoint Plaza is in a fantastic location and very secure. The apartment was a good size with everything you need for a short city break. Handy supermarket. It is a shame that the owner has not provided any information about the apartment (what to do with waste etc) or any information about Berlin itself (local facilities or transport). |

The apartments are spacious, well furnished and very neat. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. U-bahn station is just around the corner. Bathroom facilities are excellent. The section I was in had no direct access to caretaker staff who were in an office in another street. There is a possible security risk here when entering late at night; although there was CCTV in the corridors inside. Number to ring caretaker's office should be prominently displayed on room telephones. |
