This attractive hotel enjoys a central yet tranquil location, within easy reach of Frankfurt Airport, the city centre and the exhibition grounds.

Guests can look forward to spacious, inviting rooms and a rich, diverse breakfast. An inexpensive shuttle service takes you comfortably to the airport, the exhibition grounds and the city centre. Alternatively, you can make use of the excellent public transport connections to these and other destinations.

In addition to paid private parking, there are also parking spaces in the street which are free of charge. Round off your eventful day with a drink in the newly refurbished hotel lounge. As a special extra, guests can enjoy free drinks from their minibar.

Friendly staff in the hotel - Haleem was exceptionally great person and very helpfull.

The hotel had a nice feel and was relatively convenient to the airport. The free shuttle compensated for the distance back to the airport.

The only way to reach the hotel from the airport was by taxi at a cost of 28 euros. Everything was good once we reached the hotel.

Nice, clean facility

I had the impression that the hotel was close to the airport, but it was an almost-€ 20 cab ride away when the hotel called the cab. When we called a cab to get from the airport to the hotel, it was over € 23. No free shuttle.

I imagin that it would be a bit difficult to get the hotel without navi by car. Otherwise, fine.

The space of the room it was comfortabe. Also the staff the were helpfull.

nice room, very helpful staff at front desk - he spent a lot of time helping us get train reservations to Paris - we were traveling with our two grand-daughters - very friendly staff - great breakfast. Thanks so much!

We asked for a room for 4 people and got two rooms, each with a bathroom. We had great privacy from our children and they were right near us. The decor was pleasant. The layout of the rooms spacious. Most of the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room also had a kitchenette.

The elevator is tiny (when you put the cart with four bags on it in the elevator, there is hardly any room for a person to go with it. We had to send it without a person). Some of the furniture was poorly built, like a folding closet door that we couldn't open because it had been set too low and got caught on the carpet.

The rooms were a decent size, and quick to get to the airport.

We did not receive our Wake Up call as arranged, and our Shuttle Service was 15 minutes late. Should have been charged less for not being able to use the Breakfast, and should not have been charged 40.00 euros extra for an additional child (received only a pillow and a blanket for that price... Was a joke, another bed would make more sense - there was room in the family suite)

Close to airport and their wonderful breakfast

No free internet connection or way to print boarding passes. Lack of air-conditioning. The parking was a moveable garage floor that was hard to use.

Large comfortable rooms, very clean; excellent breakfast and complimentary minibar were appreciated

Lack of air conditioning; confusion around airport shuttle pick-up location and return transportation were frustrating (as was paying 29 Euros each way for family of 4 for airport transfers)
