the shuttle service picked me up nd dropped me off, the staff was helpful and it was nestled in a sweet quiet area not too far from the airport

The location is good. The stuff is nice.

The room was far from perfect condition with the view to the parking lot on the first floor. The bed covers were very dirty with stains of sperm or some other white and yellow stuff. Besides they charge 35 Euros for the shuttle (5 minutes ride). That is more than a half of the price for the room. They didn't meet us at the right terminal. We had to take a bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1. They lowered the price to 25 Euros after 15 minutes conversation. But after all we were very disappointed.

Tv not working Although I asked for a non smoking room I was placed in a smoking room and woke up smelling of sigarettes. Very awkward location as it is in a side street and just has parking space for a couple of cars. Had to park the car around 10min walk away from hotel.

Staff is ok, hotel is very clean

Distance from the airport, it took more than 1 hour for getting the shuttle to pick me up, and I was required to make an int'l phone call 3 times + move from terminal a to upstairs c7 (why?) with 4 heavy luggage. Most frustrating is hotel displaying 49 Euros but then collecting without prior informing that shuttle is another 25 Euros. At this price, I should get a closer hotel to airport, not wait a full hour and I could save lots of effort with luggage. The toilet cover is new, but very cheap model, that does not go all the way up when sitting.

Proximity to airport and Italian restaurant.

The staff were friendly and the rooms are lovely. They are also very clean.

The fact that there is no free WiFi.

1) Friendly staff. Had requested heating milk for my 15month old during peak breakfast hour. They obliged with a smile. 2) Close to the Frankfurt airport and well connected by regular buses.

Bed spread could have been cleaner. There were a couple of stains on the cover which is removed anyways before sleeping so it was ok. The bed- sheets and blankets were clean.

The lights were not working on my room, bed was horrible. Parking a bit awkward outside.

We had a nice sized room for European standards; .Staff was friendly. As we had an early flight to catch we were unable to have breakfast.

Good for one night stay. Bathroom was small with only a shower curtain as an enclosure on two sides. Parking limited

Quiet location, nice reception staff.

We were ordered in advance through booking.com that we need shuttle service from Frankfurt Airport to the hotel, but no one we arrived. True, back to the airport, paid 16 euro (before we arrived from the airport by taxi for 22 euros). Hotel is more than 8 km from the airport, but much further (about 15 km), to be used on motorways and even in the countryside.

The hotel overbooked due to a computer problem but the hotel management had already made arrangements for our stay with a four star hotel. Shuttle services were provided to the Frankfurt airport which was the primary reason why we selected the Hotel Domizil. Although we did not actually stay at the Hotel Domizil their service was outstanding and could not have be better

Efficient staff at check in

Distance from airport....non smoking room reaked of smoke as soon as you opened the door the smell hit you in the face.

The room was very large and actually two rooms adjoining. One had a small kitchen. The location was excellent being only a few minutes from the airport yet not in the city.

Parking was on the street.

There was garbage out side the room that had not been collected in days. The smell of rotting garbage filled the whole floor.

Charge more compare with other good 4 star hotel like nh hotel transportation chage is also more to our fair, internet charge is aslo more.no aircondtion

Room was spacious , clean and comfortable

The hotel was close to the airport and a value for a quick night to drop off a family member early in the morning. The breakfast was tasty, typical European, cold cuts, bread, cheese, yogurt, cereal, cappaccino, juice.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The windows did not have any roladens or dark curtains, there were shear curtains that didn't do anything for the early morning sun. No air conditioning and couldn't open the window because our room was located directly over the front of there hotel where there were several guests who were out front smoking and drinking and talking late in the night (which also didn't help the sleep). Also, the toilet seat lid would not stay up. I would probably not stay there again simply for comfort reasons but for the time that I did it wasn't too bad for the price like I said, to go for an early airport departure.

Price is very reasonable for a Frankfurt airport hotel. This is a budget hotel. Buffet breakfast is provided. If you have a morning flight, the hotel is OK for a brief overnight stay.

The hotel is difficult to find. It's essential to have a GPS system to find this hotel at night. Although Booking.com states that the front desk is open until 11 pm, the front desk was actually closed when we arrived at 10:30 p.m. The room keys for arriving travelers with reservations were left out in envelopes. A sign on the front desk provided an emergency telephone number which we called to confirm a seat on a airport shuttle bus for the next morning. The shuttle costs 16 Euro, which seems rather high. Some of the room's lights and electrical outlets didn't work and the drapes were skimpy white cotton that barely covered the windows. However, it was not possible to ask for a different room since no one was at the front desk. Bathroom toiletries are limited. There is a small container of body/hair cleansing gel, but no soap provided.

the courtesy coach to and from the airport this is no longer a hotel courtesy (free gratis), but a hotel service as there is a fare of 20 euros. For a 10 min Trip this is far too expensive.

Not much but the vicinity to the airport was good considering it was an overnight stop.

The shuttle service was not free and not regular. You have to phone the hotel and ask for it and had to wait 50 minutes before being picked up. In an email I was told it costs 35 euros and the reception wanted to charge me 40 euros. I could easily take a taxi for that price without having to wait in the cold in that late hour. The toilet was cracked as was the only glass available in the room. I will never go back.
