눉Where do I start? From the call for the pickup that took over an hour and half, standing in the cold, rainy weather in the middle of a parking lot, where other hotels/shuttle felt sorry & placed a call for me? Or arrival at a hotel where ONE specific request I had made in the reservation (regarding the room location) was completely ignored, but instead I was reminded over and over that customer requests are just THAT, a wish! But for more money they all of a sudden came up with another room in a completely sold out sham of a hotel! I would not mention anything about the dirty hallways & room carpet, as all I cared about after a very long day traveling was having a bed to sleep in!
Location wise, being much farther than ordinary "Airport hotels" (tucked behind a residential neighborhood) this hotel was neither anything special, nor did it offer or deserved the 3 star that was bestowed upon them!
Finally, the fact that you have to bribe their shuttle driver (which is a regular Taxi) to drop you off in front of your terminal (which is on his way anyway) more money than you have already paid, was another stunningly poor customer service offered by this excuse for a hotel!! Do yourself a favor, don't go there unless you are desperate & if you do, beware of being rubbed with additional fees, left and right!
눇The clean bathroom with hot water &!decent breakfast selection were probably positive points about this deservedly ONE star hotel!
