Great breakfast, friendly staff You need to be careful, where your Messe is. Bigger congresses and conventions tend to be at the Neu Messe, a venue 20km away.

Bar Staff was friendly Breakfast does not open until 6.30 AM - that is not appropriate business visitors like myself Not a 4-Star by any stretch of the imagination. The hotel has no gym in the hotel - which is very surprising & it is something that is very vital to me. At best a 3-Star They offer a subsidised rate for use of a gym nearby - not a very good option when snow is blowing

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die relativ zentrale Lage, nur ca. 10Min. zum Zentrum/Bahnhof, direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Haltestelle-U Bahn. -die total weichen Matzratzen (danke für mein Kreuzweh) -total laut vom Verkehrsgeräusch (direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Ampel, Beschleunigung der Fahrzeuge beim losfahren, nicht zu überhören, mit offenem oder gekipptem Fenster ist kein schlafen möglich

Die Zimmer waren sauber und genügend gross. U - Bahn Haltestelle gleich nebenan. Dieses Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Internet musste man bezahlen und auch den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kein spezieller Luxus für ein 4* Hotel.

Die lobby ist sehr schön mit vielen pflanzen, ansprechende bar, freundliches personal. Bezahlbare minibar im zimmer. Das zimmer war extrem staubig. Obwohl ich am ersten tag mit dem finger "putz mich" in den staub auf der möbelfront geschrieben habe, war dieser immernoch da am nächsten tag. Vielleich lag es aber auch daran, dass ich beim buchen wohl vergessen habe "nichteaucher" anzukreuzen und wir ein raucherzimmer kriegten. Das roch man auch ziemlich gut....

Check-in war früher möglich Drinks an der Bar waren super -Wir bekamen anstatt ein Doppelzimmer nur ein Zweibettzimmer. Trozt Reklamation konnte keine Lösung gefunden werden. -In unserem Zimmer war die Heizung kaputt. Dies wurde am Abend gemeldet, doch wir mussten trotzdem die ganze Nacht frieren. -Am Tag der Abreise kam die Putzfrau bereits um 10 Uhr, obwohl wir bis um 12:00 zeit zum auschecken haben.

Frühstücksbuffet war top, Lage sehr nahe an U-Bahn. die Matrazen im Zimmer war eine Zumutung, man hat die Metallfedern gespürt. Das Zimmer war an der Hauptstrasse, wenn man das Fenster leicht öffnete war es sehr laut, leider aber auch die Lüftung !

Für einen günstigeren Preis habe ich schon wesentlich besser übernachet. In den letzten Wochen haben wir öfters über bookin.com gebucht und zu Preisen zwischen 50 ud 70 EURO u. a. 1 Flasche Mineralwasser oder einen Obstkorb im Zimmer vorgefunden - nicht im TOP-Hotel!!! Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig
