Staff was excellent, very helpful. Very nice interior. Breakfast served in your room for an additional 3 euros.

They advertise that if you put you breakfast request on your door before 3 AM you will received it at your specified time. The first time we put it out around 6 PM and we received it at the exact time we wanted. The next night around 12 AM and they never picked it up; we had to call the next morning to place an order.

VERY busy at breakfast

The placement and the friendly staff...also the cleanliness of the rroms was good enough.

There was nothing inside bathroom for guests like: razor kits, dental kits, sewing kits....etc. Also there was no free internet access in the rooms and the rates for internet was very high (if it should be charged, it could be reasonable, at least). I travel a lot and as far as I know such small details are like a standart now.

-Right next to a U-Bahn stop with access to Cannstatter Wassen and Down Town.

-Don't get a room on the street. Noise was almost unbearable.

unkompliziertes Zimmerwechsel

Uns wurde erst ein Zimmer angeboten, das zu laut, zu eng, ungemütlich, mit schlechten Matratzen und zu kleiner Bettwäsche ausgestattet war. Das Zimmer auf dem Werbefoto sah volkommen anders aus, in das wir aber dann eingezogen sind. Die Matratzen waren dennoch nur von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen.

Op de gevel staat alleen Messe hotel en dat kan wat verwarrend zijn bij aankomst.

Directe omgeving vna het hotel is niet erg inspirerend, maar voor het doel waarvoor wij kwamen was dat geen probleem

La ragazza alla hall non sapeva che avevo una promozione.Mi voleva far pagare 30 euro in piu' a camera ( letto aggiuntivo) e non sapeva della promozione dell' hotel dello sconto 50% garage.cmq tutto risolto in breve tempo e senza complicazioni

Wir hatten lange kein so sauberes Hotelzimmer. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks- bzw. Speiserestaurant ist durch Glasbausteine u.ä. unterteilt, so dass man nicht in einem riesigen Saal sitzt, sondern in kleinen Gruppen.
