ビジネスライクなホテルの様ですが、家族連れでの利用も問題ないと思います。メトロ駅まで徒歩1分なので便- 利。 |

Staff was excellent, very helpful. Very nice interior. Breakfast served in your room for an additional 3 euros. They advertise that if you put you breakfast request on your door before 3 AM you will received it at your specified time. The first time we put it out around 6 PM and we received it at the exact time we wanted. The next night around 12 AM and they never picked it up; we had to call the next morning to place an order. |

The staff was friendly and the service good. The premises are a bit old, but for breakfast you have a wide choice of fruits, bread, juice. I´d recommend this hotel for someone who wants to have their money´s worth. |

The placement and the friendly staff...also the cleanliness of the rroms was good enough. There was nothing inside bathroom for guests like: razor kits, dental kits, sewing kits....etc. Also there was no free internet access in the rooms and the rates for internet was very high (if it should be charged, it could be reasonable, at least). I travel a lot and as far as I know such small details are like a standart now. |

as a non german speaker the stafff made me welcome and offered advice on area and made me very welcome hotel is imaculate i only had breakfast just as well because it is plentyfull and tasty with something for everyone hotel is right next to underground network and easy to find |

-Right next to a U-Bahn stop with access to Cannstatter Wassen and Down Town. -Don't get a room on the street. Noise was almost unbearable. |

gutes Frühstücksbuffet, vor allem die frischen Zutaten wie z.B frischer Obstsalat; selbstgemachtes Birchermüsli, Käsetheke. die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht, man konnte die einzelnen Windungen der Federkernmatratze spüren. (man hat uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, allerdings hatten wir keine Lust alles rumzuräumen und wir akzeptierten die Matratze) Am Wochenende war am Abend die Bar nicht besetzt. |

unkompliziertes Zimmerwechsel Uns wurde erst ein Zimmer angeboten, das zu laut, zu eng, ungemütlich, mit schlechten Matratzen und zu kleiner Bettwäsche ausgestattet war. Das Zimmer auf dem Werbefoto sah volkommen anders aus, in das wir aber dann eingezogen sind. Die Matratzen waren dennoch nur von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen. |

Die frische Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Das bett hatte keine Fusskante, so dass auch grosse Menschen der Länge nach, auch wenn die Füsse herausschauen, drin liegen können Die Betten/ die Matrazen waren zu weich und auch sehr schmal. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Ja die Zimmer sind nicht so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben hell etc., sie sind dunkel und klein. Das Hotel ist direkt neben der Strasse daher viel lärm. |

prima ontvangst, service gericht personeel, comfortabele kamers, schoon, redelijke prijs, nabijheid metrostation, goed ontbijt, alles keurig verzorgd Directe omgeving vna het hotel is niet erg inspirerend, maar voor het doel waarvoor wij kwamen was dat geen probleem |

La colazione, avere la camera per le 12 e poterla lasciare alle 12.00 La ragazza alla hall non sapeva che avevo una promozione.Mi voleva far pagare 30 euro in piu' a camera ( letto aggiuntivo) e non sapeva della promozione dell' hotel dello sconto 50% garage.cmq tutto risolto in breve tempo e senza complicazioni |

Goed ontbijt vriendelijke personeelsleden. personeel hielp ons de verkeerde weg op toen we naar het Mercedes Benz museum wouden, nuja voor de rest wat je van een hotel verwacht, nette kamer, beetje gedateerd interieur, aan een drukke weg gelegen. |

Wir hatten lange kein so sauberes Hotelzimmer. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks- bzw. Speiserestaurant ist durch Glasbausteine u.ä. unterteilt, so dass man nicht in einem riesigen Saal sitzt, sondern in kleinen Gruppen. |
