Room was comfortable and spacious, location was good/easy to access from airport with free shuttle bus. Shuttle bus to airport is limited/has to be pre-booked to ensure space. TV in room very small/limited channels. |

Efficient overnight stay and transprot to and from the airport. Very nice accomodation and excellent breakfast. An excellent hotel which I will precommend to otherrs. in-room internet fairly expensive |

The shuttle service to the airport was good. There is a grocery store and good Italian restaurant in close proximity to the hotel, which is situated in a working class neighborhood.. The room was OK for an overnight stay, but the breakfast staff was not friendly or welcoming. They should be trained to greet the guests, at least with a "good morning". The food was nothing special. |

Large room, not noisy, closed to the airport. The sauna is not free, the jacuzzy is in a cave which is very attractive...everything is watched by video camera (whereas in Germany everybody is naked in the spa area)! The parking is too small and someone damaged my rental car |

Breakfast Buffet was very good and plentiful. Arrived in a Sprinter Van which I was allowed to park on the drive by the entrance. Supermarket right next door. Apparently all Twin and Double rooms are non-smoking. Should be included on the website. Minibar could do with a little more in it, i.e. snacks. The immediate area around the hotel. Didn't feel safe walking around there. Drunks sitting on a bench outside the supermarket. |

It was convenient to Frankfurt airport. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was very good. It was a little inconvenient to get into Frankfurt city by public transportation |

On our first two day visit in June the restaurant was very good. Shuttle transport good. On second 2 day visit in August carpet and floor dirty. The restaurant was closed without our being informed at time of booking. The price pernight was doubled from our first visit in June and we consider this price exorbitant and a rip-off. |

The room was large for one two-person bed. Most hotels would have stuffed a second one on there. The curtains actually kept out the light in the morning. Free W-Lan accessible in the lobby and restaurant, Hotpot for 8 euros/hour in the rooms. Buffet breakfast was plenty including fruit and warm eggs and sausage, coffee acceptably good (I'm picky on the coffee). Arranging for the shuttle was simple and unproblematic. |

free shuttle from airport, nice and spacious single room, good and rich breakfast buffet shuttle driver had quite an agressive driving style, restaurant was closed on saturday (but there is a good italian restaurant across the street and a rewe grocery store right next to the hotel) |

The room was bigger than normal European rooms at this price and the breakfast bar had many choices. Definitely print out your reservation confirmation and take it with you. The staff was trying to charge more than what I had booked with their hotel two weeks prior to our stay with booking.com. The wellness area could have been better (cleaner, updated). The staff could be more pleasant. I was told to reserve bikes but when I called the day before to reserve them, I was told I didn't need a reservation but to call in the morning. I didn't call and when we got to the hotel there were no bikes. Learned a lesson, now you benefit from it. July 2009, 75 Euro (total price) for double room on a Sunday. Only an italian restaurant open on Sunday in walking distance. Good gelato/ice cream if you turn right and walk a ways (past train stop). |

We booked because of good comments and the free airport shuttle and the breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms large and nice, and there were good restaurants in the area. The staff was helpful and friendly, and even offered to drive us to a restaurant for dinner since their hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday night! |

Very nice hotel staff and good home atmosphere. We were nicely surprised that at this place was not only spa and gym but also solarium ( for women great opportunity to do something about their beauty. |

The shuttle was free, breakfast was fair. The restaurant was terrible, the shuttle driver was nasty. The hotel old. The town not very nice. We took a walk along the river which was nice because the weather was good |

Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was the real reason for picking this hotel and it was very, very convenient. Online the hotel advertised a restaurant inside its establishment. However when my friend and I arrived late on a Friday night and needed to find dinner, we learned from hotel staff that the restaurant is not open on weekends. The hotel staff had no reccord of my reservation and repeatedly confused the dates that I and my friend needed to check out. |
