A good choise with normal price, +++ for tourists that the bus 100 passes very near to the hotel! A bit of expensive breakfast, 5 euros cheaper and would be great! |

Good location, bus connection (line 100) stops in front of the hotel. Breakfest is quite good. Friendfull staff. Cleaning is working very well. Little bit old fashion and furnitures inside room. My room window was to the street and no double windows, so the noice from traffic disturbs. |

The staff was very courtious and very helpful about giving directions to downtown. We had trouble finding the hotel initially coming from Bayern, but the night crew was extremely helpful in guiding us to the hotel and getting us settled in. It seemed that every time we came into the room after being out on the town, there was a very odd smell in the room. It is difficult to describe it, and the smell quickly went away after openning the windows. |

Wonderful staff, very helpful. The beds were comfortable. Great location for the metro. Small rooms, but normal for Europe. A little noisy, but this is to be expected since it is in the city. |

The room was nice, not too small with a bath and really clean, and the staff was good. the matresses on the beds were too soft, and we got two single beds beside each other instead of a double bed. |

The staff were all very nice, helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel itself is very well located, close to S-bahn, U-bahn, buses 100,200, and easy to find too. It's not luxurious, some facilities look a bit used and shabby, but clean. The smiling and professional staff were what made our stay very pleasant. It is somewhat old and used (furniture and facilities), would not recommend it for a honeymoon :-) |

Nice rooms (we booked double room), refrigerator (mini bar), desktop, nice location in the heart of west Berlin, near to many transports, breakfast, carpet, heating system, bathroom, free TV with english,french,italian,spain spoken channels, price, elevators No room service, no cofee/tea facilities in room (if you like drinking cofee after wake up at the afternoon this will be your nightmare!) Internet extremely expensive for your laptop (17€ per day) and if you have not a laptop no access available, the worst: no internet places near to this hotel. |

Upon checking in, the person incharge was rude, and extremely unhelpful. I asked a question which was not appreciated nor answered, which made me instantly regret choosing this hotel. However, during the following days other members of staff proved to be both helpful and nice. |

Service and accomodation were to a good standard. Breakfast was first class with a good selection available at all times. Staff were very helpful and polite. identifying how to use the hot water system in the rooms. Taps on walls as well as in the bathroom and kitchen. |
