The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional. The hotel is convenient to major attractions and excellent restaurants in Munich. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast. The fact that I have stayed at this hotel twice in two years and will return next week speaks well of it.

Just a spectacular hotel. The location is perfect and convenient to most of the great places in Munich. The hotel is newly remodeled and is just gorgeous. The breakfast is awesome, the staff very accommodating. Why would you stay anywhere else?

Not a thing.

The hotel was well located, close to the old city centre and within walking distance of historic sights, restaurants, parks and shops. The staff were friendly, professional and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable; breakfasts were delicious with a range of fresh local products with a option of a cooked breakfast.

The bathroom towels were not of an expected standard. Maybe an upgrade?

Everything was fantastic, especially service - we arrived at 10.00 and we offered free breakfast and early check in. Room was completely sound proof and large, location is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel was kind enough to let us keep one of our travel bags for 3 days at the hotel storage room after we left. Great service!

There's everything to like about this place, the staff are awesome in every area of the hotel - wish I could name them all personally. Very comfortable room (#209 with a bathtub - special request) It is near the Isartor S-BAHN station for the train to the Airport or Hauptbahnhof the main train station, easy walk to Marianplatz and great access to most other Munich attractions. Limited restaurant menu but great food and happy hour drinks.

Nothing not to like... !!

The hotel has a very convenient location and located right in the city center on a quite street. We had a room on 5th floor (last floor) with the beautiful view of the town roofs and roof top terraces. The double room was small with king size bed, table with two chairs, flat screen tv, and large closet. The room size is normal by European standards. The bathroom was large and beautiful with huge bath tub. The room and bathroom were spotless. The service was excellent. Anything we asked for we had within a few minutes. We hired the hotel shuttle and they met us at the airport and dropped us off on the way back-that was very convenient. The hotel restaurant was delicious and very relaxing. I would come back to this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was excellent. Very near to Surburban railway line at Isartor approx 100m away.

I couldn't stay longer!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, particularly the restaurant staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday, breakfast was superb and location ideal for city centre rambling.

the imaginative room layout and modern bathroom for the single room I stayed in the help I had with getting a ticket for the state opera was exemplary

he work to improve the other rooms started very early in the morning, and the workmen had the doors off and were talking and working really loudly!

great location, everything is clean, neat, polite, friendly and understandable. The restaurant serves excellent German wine, I thought it italy. Cold weather does not spoil the impression of Munich.

Very good Hotel with all needed facilities. The staff is skilled and friendly. Breakfast is very good. Location of Hotel is in the City Center. This is the first hotel among dozens I have lived, where we received prepared Breakfast at 5.00 a.m. before going to air port ! No doubt this Hotel I can recommend for travelers who like comfort and good and well balanced Breakfast.

Perfect location in Munich. We only had 1 night, and it was close to all breweries and bahnhof. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were modern, clean, and upscale.

The beds in the single rooms are a little small and stuck up against the wall. Shower cabin small.

Great location for a city trip to Munich - only a 5 minute stroll to Marienplatz and close to other old town sites. Shopping, restaurants, beerhalls all in surrounding streets. Parking onsite was great as we were driving.

Main station was 20 min walk away - didn't effect us as we drove to Munich but anyone arriving by regional train would then need to take local city transport to get to hotel.

This was a really comfortable hotel which is brilliantly situated for seeing the sights and for easy access to the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Carpeting in hotel rooms to me is unhygeinic and gross. Otherwise the rooms, including bathrooms, were clean and nice.
