La situation centrale ( ce qui implique aussi des cris de fêtards de temps à autres, mais pas trop gênant grace au 2bles vitrages. L'entrée et le bar sont luxueux, un peu prétencieux pour le standing général de l'hotel. parking peu pratique: 18 places pour une centaine de chambres minimum. Nous avons donc du chercher une place dans la rue. Rapport qualité-prix clairement insuffisant: chambre petite, pas de minibar. |

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Room was comfortable. if you had issues walking there seemed to be a lot of stairs even when you got the lift. Although I am sure the staff would accomodate you. |

The Staff are very friendly and helpful & the location is very close to Marienplatz, Maximilian strasse and other shopping It is very much just a place to stay. There's a small cafe but no restaurant or other facilities. |

The staff were extremely polite and helpful There were no tea/coffee facilities available in the double room which I would have thought was standard in any 4 star hotel. This was not available on request as I was informed it was only available.in a Delux room. Only a small criticism, but would make a difference |

Very friendly (english-speaking) staff. Beautiful room. Nice european buffet style breakfast. An excellent hotel near the S-Bahn and close to the Munich city center. I would definitely stay there again. |

Very convenient location, so quiet and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, good range of tv channels and excellent breakfast. The hotel price was such that internet access should have been free! |

Very nice, top quality, small but relaxing, very good central location, good breakfast, good connections to s-bahn, taxi, etc. Nothing really bad about this hotel, but maybe the price is a little bit too high, the lobby small, and sometimes there is noise from traffic and the restaurants/coffeterias nearby. |

I liked the fact the the Hotel was right in the shopping/tourist are of Munich but it was not a "tourisity" hotel. It felt like a german locals would stay there (and many did) also it didn't feel like busloads of people were going to show up. It had a very local feel which means alot to me as I like to stay in places that are unique and have the personality of the city vs. The personality of the Hotel Group owners. They charged for wireless service when other hotels that are much more mainstream don'T...it is included in the room as breakfast..it doesnt really cost the hotel that much fr wireless and it was an outrageous cots.. This day and age it should be free....like the T.V. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. They always responded to our enquiries. Breakfast was excellent and the location was great as well. I will stay there again for sure. |

It was absolutly beautiful, well located and has been a ongoing hotel since 1490 making it the oldest hotel in Munich. The staff was excelent and very, very helpful about the area. We would highly recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. Absolutly nothing.It was perfect. |

I loved the breakfast at this hotel. The breakfast room and cafe were charming, the crockery was beautiful and presentation excellent. The food was delicious.The staff were helpful and accomodating. The location of the Torbrau is excellent, a short walk to Marienplatz. The rooms were small and lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. |

The staff is excellent! Very cordial and helpful. Great attitude. The breakfast is superb and is in a beautiful restaurant atmosphere with opportunity to be seated outside on nice days. |

It is in a great location in Munich. You can get anywhere by walking or taking the s-bahn right across the street. The staff was helpful with maps and directions. Breakfast (included) was fantastic. No skimping here! In my price range, the room was so small that I could barely turn around. Really. Tiny. Don't expect the normal shampoo, conditioner etc that comes in a four star hotel. You won't get anything besides a towel and a small soap. The internet is available but will cost you. It's only $3.00E for an hour but still, this is 2009, not 1999. No one charges for the internet usage anymore, do they? |

The Hotel is at to the center of Munich, just a short walk to the Rat Haus and all the Bier Stubs. The Isator subway stop is close at hand and allows public transportation throughout the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was recently redecorated and quite attractive, but was small. |
