prístup personálu, ochota, dali nám mapku centra hneď ako sme spomenuli, že sa ideme prejsť, čisto, dobré raňajky, skvelá cena, kúsok od centra, primerané vybavenie, pekná dobrá kúpelňa, blízko vlakového nádražia parkovanie nie je doriešené, personál nevedel odporučiť vhodné parkovisko za prijateľnú cenu, ale tento problém sa rýchlo vyriešil parkovacou budovou pri nádraží |

Hotel staff was so friendly, my bed was comfy, and breakfast was nice. I was there during a major conference, and so the prices were increased from the normal rate to be very, very high. I'm not sure the price-- despite the nice location in relation to the conference-- was worth the room, which was small and simple. |

The location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble. Room smelled like stale smoke. Could hear a lot of hall noise. I expected more for the price. But I didn't shop around much in Frankfurt. |

Very conveniently located to Frankfurt Railway Station and within walking distance to Old Town. No hot water on the morning of our stay - staff member on front desk indicated that it wasn't the Hotel's problem as the Council supplied their hot water, and that there had been some damage to the pipe (cold water supply was fine, so excuse doesn't ring true.) Bed was very hard.Breakfast poor (scrambled eggs decidedly grey around the edges). |

The staff was very kind (we had a problem in the bathroom and they immediately solved it), the room was clean and nice, the bathroom was big, the position was strategic to arrive to the center and to be at the train station in 5 minutes, the breakfast was very good. Just one man of the staff, who didn't recognize me and didn't want to give me the key. It has been impolite. |

The room was clean and adequate. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the main train station. The rate included the breakfast buffet. The receptionist was a little grumpy on our arrival. We were concerned about security as our room had a shared balcony and the door lock seemed to have been tampered with in the past. We found it difficult to locate crockery at the breakfast buffet when we arrived half an hour before the end. The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe at night. |

The location was perfect. Easy accsess to the main train station and to the city center, just 20 min walking. But the area was a bit scaring...as it was crowded with immigrants from turkey, tunis etc...during night time i´d recommend to be very carefull especially if u´r a blondy lady travelling on yr own). In general the hotel was ok, basic breakfast, small room but with bed and shower. That was more then enough in case u came to see the city and not going to spend all day in the hotel. |

central location in Frankfurt Two rooms were not prepared for check-in ,the receptionist told us,that if we had have any requirements,we ought to book Sheraton Hotel.The single rooms were very small. Any possibilities to negotiate the recompense for our inconvenience |

Amazing! It's only 5-min walk from Frankfurt Deutche Bahn station! Can even see a sign of "Tourist Hotel" pointing rightward upon coming out of the station! Love the breakfast buffet spread! :-) My room wasn't ready by 12.30pm, even tho check-in time was supposed to be 12 noon - as a result, my German friends had to wait for me @ the hotel lobby without proper seats for guests @ the hotel lobby. I had to shower flew from Singapore 17 hrs, so we wasted some time unnecessarily. |

nice welcome. friendly staff. and the location is very good, so for that reason the hotel was fair. the rooms were small, esp bathroom. would not class it as 3*, more like 2*. needs refurbing, very old bathroom and room. had a bad damp smell also. |

convenience and a small but comfortable bed. The breakfast is enough to me. Single room is too small, but considering of the price and the site closed to the central train station, the room is acceptable for stay one or two nights who need to catch the trains in the next morning. |
