The cleanliness of the place and the free breakfast is very nice... It was also quiet and we had a good rest. Even if we travelled with our 1-year-old, we were never offered a baby cot. There was no baby high chair available either in the breakfast room. |

Convenient and ease of access being near the station. Rooms are too small. Facts unknown at time of booking. In room facilities inadequate. Picturtes shown on the website very misleading. I think I got the worst room in the hotel! |

I liked the fact the tram stops right in front of the hotel, and that it is only 4 stops to the Fair Hall. The breakfasts were also nice, and the front desk staff quite courteous and helpful. I paid 255 Euros per night for this room, which during non-conference times is only 70 euros. At 70 euros, it's a stretch of value for the money. The shower isn't big enough for a mouse, many things are broken in the rooms, the paint is sloppy, a screw was missing from my shower door so it just sort of halfway closed, the towels were scratchy, there were no amenities like bar soap or shampoo etc |

The Reception staff, spoke excellent English, were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location - a few minutes walk from the main rail station and a 10 minutes walk from the Messe. The cleanliness and furnishing of the room was very good and, although not a large amount of space in the bathroom, the overall facilities were more than adequate for a short stay. |

The location is convenient for those visiting Frankfurt for the fair - the hotel is just in front of a tram stop from which you reach the fair in five minutes. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The equipment in the rooms was too basic considering the price of the hotel. Several items were broken and the sink was tiny. There was supposed to be wireless internet in the rooms but half of the time it didn't work. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers during fair dates, but not to tourists. |

location was good in relation to where I needed to be The room was at the back of the hotel and seemed as though it had been added purely for busy times. Wires haging out of wall, plug socket overloaded, window taped up. Very poor condition. |

Close to central transport. Bed was nice and comfortable even though floorspace was a bit limited. Shower fittings a bit awkward. Soap dispenser broken and almost ready to fall on your big toe! |

Decent breakfast; definately cheap Very thin walls, could hear neighbors talking at 3am. Very loud street noise on front of hotel and back has smoke going into the room from staff and can hear them talking at 7am. |
