Hotel Tourist  

Good location, 5 minutes from the main train station, tram station directly in front of the hotel. Couple of little late night shops near. Free Wifi! (Although not all the time very good connection.) The persian guy and the girl at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included.

The main reason, why I did not enjoyed my stay at the hotel was the extremely unfriendly and rude receptionist, which was working during the night! He barely replied, no greeting and even hung up on me when I called him from my room. Uncomfortable smell of smoke in the room!! (And in the entrance hall at night time) Small room. Old and broken furniture/equipment: bar of the shower was broken and kept on falling down when showering, only window could not be opened and closed correctly,.. Noise from the corridors and outside disturbing my sleep. Lock on door, room was located outside the corridor into the yard, felt a bit unsafe.

The receptionist attending the front desk in the morning was superb and very helpful!

Double rooms are to have double beds and not two singles.....

A little bit noisy if u open the window so that they place a fan in my room to avoid stuffy.

A good hotel for an affordable price, near the city center, main railroad station and river. The breakfast is modest but good enough. Personal is attentive and skilled.

I was wrongly charged for 48 euro, and only after my protest this error was fixed. If I don't do this, I would be stolen by hotel personal this money. The conclusion: be caution in this hotel, especially in financial issues.

the dirty bathroom and the fact there was a smell of smoking in the room and all on the floor i requested non smoking thats bad service

The service personnel was really nice and helpful. My room and bathroom were clean. I got fresh towels every day. I requested a non-smoking room and got one, after I read about complaints regarding bad smell in the room. Mine was fine.

My room was very small and there was no desk, but for the price it was ok. If the room is only used for sleeping it's absolutely fine.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable... The room is quiet good and comfort ..breakfast is excellent.love the omelett..location is v v good easy access from everywhere..worth to stay,definetly will come back to stay n recommend to friends..one more internet access wifi is excellent .v fast...

The bathroom is very small and the cleaner didnt clean properly for the basin. Still left some stain to basin everyday...if improve in cleaniness in bathroom will be wonderful

The hotel is a short walk from the railway station, offers good value for money and was very comfortable. The price included breakfast which was also very good. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to await me print some travel documents. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's location and value for money.

Nice place to stay befpre flights for a night, cause it is very close to Central Station. Also was close to the City Centre. The staff is very friendly and helpfull! Thanks!

The room is not so big as we used for it...Bathroom was not clean.
