Hotelli on lähellä rautatieasemaa.

Rauhallista oli. Palvelu ystävällistä. Aamupala kohtalainen. Sijainti hyvä kulkemisen kannalta, koska lähellä rautatiesasemaa.

Huone oli todella pieni ja vaatimaton. Huono äänieristys.

The location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble.

Room smelled like stale smoke. Could hear a lot of hall noise. I expected more for the price. But I didn't shop around much in Frankfurt.

Very conveniently located to Frankfurt Railway Station and within walking distance to Old Town.

No hot water on the morning of our stay - staff member on front desk indicated that it wasn't the Hotel's problem as the Council supplied their hot water, and that there had been some damage to the pipe (cold water supply was fine, so excuse doesn't ring true.) Bed was very hard.Breakfast poor (scrambled eggs decidedly grey around the edges).

Rooms were not soundproof which made it very noisy as it is by the main road

The room was clean and adequate. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the main train station. The rate included the breakfast buffet.

The receptionist was a little grumpy on our arrival. We were concerned about security as our room had a shared balcony and the door lock seemed to have been tampered with in the past. We found it difficult to locate crockery at the breakfast buffet when we arrived half an hour before the end. The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe at night.

the rooms at the street side is very loud; butr the back side ist very good!

it is easy to find the hotel, just 5 mins to the franfurt station. the price is good for the people who just live a night.

Single room is too small and outside from the building...

The location was perfect. Easy accsess to the main train station and to the city center, just 20 min walking. But the area was a bit scaring...as it was crowded with immigrants from turkey, tunis etc...during night time i´d recommend to be very carefull especially if u´r a blondy lady travelling on yr own). In general the hotel was ok, basic breakfast, small room but with bed and shower. That was more then enough in case u came to see the city and not going to spend all day in the hotel.

Two rooms were not prepared for check-in ,the receptionist told us,that if we had have any requirements,we ought to book Sheraton Hotel.The single rooms were very small. Any possibilities to negotiate the recompense for our inconvenience

Amazing! It's only 5-min walk from Frankfurt Deutche Bahn station! Can even see a sign of "Tourist Hotel" pointing rightward upon coming out of the station! Love the breakfast buffet spread! :-)

My room wasn't ready by 12.30pm, even tho check-in time was supposed to be 12 noon - as a result, my German friends had to wait for me @ the hotel lobby without proper seats for guests @ the hotel lobby. I had to shower flew from Singapore 17 hrs, so we wasted some time unnecessarily.
