J' ai aimè la proximite avec le centre de frankfurt, facilite d acces aussi bien pour les pietons que pour les voitures ( parking de la gare a 100 metres ). si nous etions dans la chambre le matin, le menage etait fait l apres midi. Le buffet du pdj : tres insuffisant a mon avis ( pas de fruits, pas de brioches ou pains doux ) tres peu de charcuterie. Parfois si nous arrivions apres 08h30 ( pdj de 07h00 a 10h00 ) il manquait certains mets qui ne se remplissaient pas. |

Le bon rapport qualité/prix. Peut-être ma demande d'une chambre calme - ne "donnant" pas sur la rue - n'avait-elle pas été transmise à l'hôtel. J'ai cependant pu changer de chambre dès le 2e jour et ai obtenu pour le même prix une chambre très calme. |

L'accueil Chambre indigne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. TV de trés mauvaise réception. Toilettes trés inconfortables. Distributeur de savon ne fonctionnat pas bien avec trés peu de savon, pas de shampooing... |

Hotel staff was so friendly, my bed was comfy, and breakfast was nice. I was there during a major conference, and so the prices were increased from the normal rate to be very, very high. I'm not sure the price-- despite the nice location in relation to the conference-- was worth the room, which was small and simple. |

The location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble. Room smelled like stale smoke. Could hear a lot of hall noise. I expected more for the price. But I didn't shop around much in Frankfurt. |

Very conveniently located to Frankfurt Railway Station and within walking distance to Old Town. No hot water on the morning of our stay - staff member on front desk indicated that it wasn't the Hotel's problem as the Council supplied their hot water, and that there had been some damage to the pipe (cold water supply was fine, so excuse doesn't ring true.) Bed was very hard.Breakfast poor (scrambled eggs decidedly grey around the edges). |

Reasonable price which came with breakfast Rooms were not soundproof which made it very noisy as it is by the main road |

The staff was very kind (we had a problem in the bathroom and they immediately solved it), the room was clean and nice, the bathroom was big, the position was strategic to arrive to the center and to be at the train station in 5 minutes, the breakfast was very good. Just one man of the staff, who didn't recognize me and didn't want to give me the key. It has been impolite. |

The room was clean and adequate. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the main train station. The rate included the breakfast buffet. The receptionist was a little grumpy on our arrival. We were concerned about security as our room had a shared balcony and the door lock seemed to have been tampered with in the past. We found it difficult to locate crockery at the breakfast buffet when we arrived half an hour before the end. The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe at night. |

The location was perfect. Easy accsess to the main train station and to the city center, just 20 min walking. But the area was a bit scaring...as it was crowded with immigrants from turkey, tunis etc...during night time i´d recommend to be very carefull especially if u´r a blondy lady travelling on yr own). In general the hotel was ok, basic breakfast, small room but with bed and shower. That was more then enough in case u came to see the city and not going to spend all day in the hotel. |

central location in Frankfurt Two rooms were not prepared for check-in ,the receptionist told us,that if we had have any requirements,we ought to book Sheraton Hotel.The single rooms were very small. Any possibilities to negotiate the recompense for our inconvenience |
