Ondanks negatieve reviews hebben wij het hotel als eenvoudig, maar comfortabel ervaren. Rustige kamer aan de achterzijde met een kleine maar zeer praktische en fijne badkamer met douche. En zeer centraal gelegen, dichtbij Centraal station, centrum en beurs. |

dichtbij het station, het prijs, wel goed ontbijt, mooi net en schoon badkamer.goed bed/maar de kussens weer niet :) ik was wel tevreden maar het hotel is zo gevestigd dat ik heel de nacht geen oog dicht heb kunnen doen, door de ambulante sirenes en dronkenlui. En dat door een door de weekse dag.Ik zou het hotel niet aan de zakenlui aanbevelen. Voor een overnachting als je je vliegtuig mist wel, het vlieghaven is maar 10min met de trein hiervandaan. Op zich wel een aan te raden hotel, voor het prijs zeker! |

De ligging , de faciliteiten Hadden een kamer aan de straatkant en dunne gordijnen, dus snachts heeeel veeel licht , een ander gordijn had wonderen gedaan. |

Hotel staff was so friendly, my bed was comfy, and breakfast was nice. I was there during a major conference, and so the prices were increased from the normal rate to be very, very high. I'm not sure the price-- despite the nice location in relation to the conference-- was worth the room, which was small and simple. |

The location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble. Room smelled like stale smoke. Could hear a lot of hall noise. I expected more for the price. But I didn't shop around much in Frankfurt. |

Very conveniently located to Frankfurt Railway Station and within walking distance to Old Town. No hot water on the morning of our stay - staff member on front desk indicated that it wasn't the Hotel's problem as the Council supplied their hot water, and that there had been some damage to the pipe (cold water supply was fine, so excuse doesn't ring true.) Bed was very hard.Breakfast poor (scrambled eggs decidedly grey around the edges). |

The staff was very kind (we had a problem in the bathroom and they immediately solved it), the room was clean and nice, the bathroom was big, the position was strategic to arrive to the center and to be at the train station in 5 minutes, the breakfast was very good. Just one man of the staff, who didn't recognize me and didn't want to give me the key. It has been impolite. |

The room was clean and adequate. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the main train station. The rate included the breakfast buffet. The receptionist was a little grumpy on our arrival. We were concerned about security as our room had a shared balcony and the door lock seemed to have been tampered with in the past. We found it difficult to locate crockery at the breakfast buffet when we arrived half an hour before the end. The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe at night. |
