Centralt läge. Nära Mässområdet och kommunikationer som tåg, buss, tunnelbana. Smidigt med tåg från och till flygplatsen. Okej frukost ingår. Något "slitet" men rent och prydligt. |

Mycket trevlig och behjälplig personal! Nej, men se till att inte få något rumsnummer som slutar på bokstav, ex. A om du lider av höjdskräck. Till dessa måste du ut på en smal balkong korridor för att komma in till dörren. Det är högt. |

very kind staff. good price of 50 euro for a perfect double room. windows were not isolated and there were too rumors. |

Hotel staff was so friendly, my bed was comfy, and breakfast was nice. I was there during a major conference, and so the prices were increased from the normal rate to be very, very high. I'm not sure the price-- despite the nice location in relation to the conference-- was worth the room, which was small and simple. |

The location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble. Room smelled like stale smoke. Could hear a lot of hall noise. I expected more for the price. But I didn't shop around much in Frankfurt. |

Very conveniently located to Frankfurt Railway Station and within walking distance to Old Town. No hot water on the morning of our stay - staff member on front desk indicated that it wasn't the Hotel's problem as the Council supplied their hot water, and that there had been some damage to the pipe (cold water supply was fine, so excuse doesn't ring true.) Bed was very hard.Breakfast poor (scrambled eggs decidedly grey around the edges). |

The staff was very kind (we had a problem in the bathroom and they immediately solved it), the room was clean and nice, the bathroom was big, the position was strategic to arrive to the center and to be at the train station in 5 minutes, the breakfast was very good. Just one man of the staff, who didn't recognize me and didn't want to give me the key. It has been impolite. |

The room was clean and adequate. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the main train station. The rate included the breakfast buffet. The receptionist was a little grumpy on our arrival. We were concerned about security as our room had a shared balcony and the door lock seemed to have been tampered with in the past. We found it difficult to locate crockery at the breakfast buffet when we arrived half an hour before the end. The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe at night. |
