Wir waren leider nur zwei Tage Ihre Gäste, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die Unterbringung im Zimmer als auch der Service beim Frühstück und in Ihrem eindrucksvollen Restaurant, auch Kartoffelkeller waren vorzüglich.

Gutes Essen, freundliche und effektive Bedienung, gute Lage Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer 350 war sehr klein, die Betten standen über Eck und an der Wand. An einem Bett fehlte eine Kommode und eine Nachtischlampe, zu wenige funktionierende Steckdosen. Alles in allem ein Einzelzimmer mit Zustellbett. Nach der Hälfte der gebuchten Zeit sind wir abgereist. Eigentlich ein sehr gutes Haus, nur dieses Zimmer war nicht so toll.

Die Lage am Markt ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für alle historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt (St-Annen-Kirche, Bergkirche, Erzhammer, Manufaktur der Träume, Museum, Adam-Ries-Haus, Theater, Klosterruine) und der Umgebung (Frohnauer Hammer, Erzgebirge insgesamt).

Centraal gelegen in het Erzgebirge en Annaberg. Oud hotel met veel sfeer. Goede keuken in restaurant van hotel: Silberbaum. Onze kamer lag op de 4e etage. Bij warm weer was 't benauwd op de kamer, ondanks de 2 raampjes die geopend waren. Géén airco.

Alles super. Die Aussicht auf den Marktplatz, insbesondere Weihnachtsmarkt, Romantik pur. Das ganze Ambiente des Zimmers und des Hotels die Zimmerfenster sind recht hoch angebracht, es wäre noch wunderschöner wenn man im Sitzen das einmalige Panorama genießen könnte, doch sicherlich ist dieses klitzekleines Minus bautechnisch bedingt und schon fast peinlich dass man das angesichts der idealen Lage überhaupt erwähnt
