I decided to stay in this hotel because of the price and its position. The metro station is just 4 minutes far and you can reach the very center of the city just in 5 minutes!!! But the hotel was a very good surprise also for its nice, even though simple, rooms and the very good continental breakfast. I recommend it to all not too much pretentious people!

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. It is a cheap hotel and good enough for one night. Even though the walls are quite thin and you can hear people next door when they talk, we had no problem sleeping since nobody was talking out loud (maybe because we came back to our room at 2am :) ). The rooms are very minimal (as seen on the pictures) and the breakfast is great (until 12pm!!) Don't stay too long, since there is not a lot of space in the rooms

Very conveniently located for my stay in Berlin near to transport links and with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. It was ideal for my purpose of visiting my son and his family nearby but also good for anyone wanting to see the main sights and the local area of Kreuzberg. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay again when I come to Berlin.

It is not an average type of hotel. To reach the reception you have to go inside the second courtyard and take the lift to the fourth floor, but once you have found it, you will experience a very relaxing atmosphere were staff is very friendly. The interior is decorated in an industrial style matching the architecture of the building. The large family rooms with five beds, high ceiling and large windows are pleasant to stay. You won't find any unnecessary standard hotelroom items like a television set or phone in the room. You can enjoy a nice breakfast buffet in a pleasant light room. I can recommend this hotel for casual people (small group of friends or family) who don't need luxury to feel satisfied, but simply need a good place to spend some nights in Berlin. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood and a subway station (U-Bahn) at walking distance. The watertap of the shower is an "all or nothing" kind of control. The shower curtain couldn't prevent the water spilling on the bathroom floor, turning the shower into a shallow pool. Parking is not possible in the courtyard of the hotel, you will have to park your car along the street somewhere, but it's for free. However it might not be in the close vicinity of the hotel, because the streets are parked full of cars. But it seems a safe neighbourhood. I didn't see any smashed car windows and recollected my car undamaged after a few days of travelling with public transport.

The staff were excellent very helpful. No laundry facilities were a pain and we heard other people ask about laundry as well. I would have liked hot water available all the time rather than having to ask at the desk.

Nice people/staff. Close to the the venues I was visiting in Kreutzberg. Lose to the U-bahn Meringdam. Clean. Easy. Lovely with the late breakfast. Not the highest comfort, but a good price. I will recommend this hotel for my friends.

The staff is super cool and helpful when you ask them for recommendations on where to go. The hotel itself is a quick walk to a lot of cool stuff. Good bars and restaurants in the area too for the night. It's true what most people are saying in their reviews: the place is super noisy. Walls so thin you can hear the people in the next room blinking. But if you're not traveling for business and don't need to get that much/that great of sleep, it's an excellent place. Maybe just take some ear plugs.

We stayed at the hotel because it's close to the old Tempelhof airport which is now being used for trade shows - we visited this hotel as business travellers. Given the price level, the breakfast was quite ok; we have had considerably worse at this price level. The room appeared clean and fresh, although it is very basic and quite small. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Most of the people staying at the hotel are below the age of 20 - not a problem but it's worth knowing that this is a youth hotel. The budget aspect of the hotel shines through in some places. The corridor outside our room had a distinct, unpleasant smell. We did get some sort of allergy in our room - not sure why but it disappeared as soon as we left the room. The inner courtyard can be a bit noisy at night. The location of the hotel is a bit off if you're after a central hotel.

Very reasonable cost wise. Good breakfast included. Not far from Mehringdamm Ubahn station. Very clean. Was very noisy one morning when a group of student guests arrived. But that was just one morning.
