I liked the location and the atmosphere in this hotel; the comfort of a hotel with a touch of relaxed hostel to it. A bit noisy. We could hear a guy snore, but it was more fun then anything. We were just happy not to share his room:) |

Very friendlly staff. Good breakfast. Good price for the location. The room was not cleaned during 3days stay. Beds are uncomfortable. Interior looks like jaill cell. Room was very small. Thin walls, every sound comes thru. |

Bed was very comfortable, pay to use internet available in reception, lift to all floors and only a short walk to the subway station. Good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Although described as a hotel it is more like a youth hostel. There is no phone, TV or fridge in the rooms. Very noisy at night time, both nights I was kept awake until about 1 a.m. by groups of people running up and down the corridors shouting and slamming doors, singing etc. |

The location ? Near the touristic Bergmannstrasse ? Except if you are a highschool teenager who plans to spend the night shouting and howling in the corridors and not to sleep, there's no reason you should pick up that hotel. I couldn't slept a wink for 2 days. And the rooms are ridiculously small for the price (compared to other hotels in Berlin). |

The girl on reception was really helpful and did more than was expected to sort our transport out to Berlin the next day. The room decor was very basic and the seal on the windows weren't very good. it was -10 during our stay and there was a freezing flow of air through the window. |

The noise level was very high. This really remains a place for young- adults. The walls have no insulation so the noise just spreads with every step, giggle, shout. |

clean people were smoking in the lobi and outside the rooms.realy bad atmosphere!!! second - the heating pipes made a lot of noise and banging and made it immpossible to get some sleep. third- we ordered a double bed but got to single beds that were pushed together. |

Cet hotel a tout pour lui. La localisation dans la ville, tres pratique, l'accueil 24/24h, la proprete des chambres, un staff vraiment serviable, et le tout a un prix vraiment raisonnable. |
