The staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful with suggesting things to do in the area. Spoke very good english. the parking lot was quite small and parking is difficult if the hotel is full. |

The personnel were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, the hotel is clean, only a few minutes away from public transportation and over all a great value for money. This was my second visit and I will return again in the future. |

It was close to the shuttle to downtown Heidelberg. Easy to find, free parking and free internet. Hotel staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast. I did not know that I did not have a toilet/shower in my room. Perhaps I read the information wrong. It was not a problem, just a surprise. Everything very clean. |

Das einzige was wirklich sehr gut war, war das Frühstück große Auswahl echt lecker Wenn man im Internet liest Komfortzimmer geht man auch von einem Komfort zimmer aus, und nicht von einem Zimmer mit alten schäbigen Möbeln mit Dusche im Zimmer; aber einer Toilette auf dem Flur. Daß es heute so etwas noch gibt WC auf dem Flur, das ist echt das "letzte" |

In aankondiging was het onduidelijk dat er geen douche en toilet op kamer was. Verder was er geen Wifi maar alleen connectie via de telfoon waarvan geen kabel beschikbaar was op de kamer. |

Freundlicher Empfang, gute Verkehrsanbindung, eigener Parkplatz, Aufzug (!) im Haus Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer muss man in Relation zur Lage (Nähe Ballungsraum HD) und vor allem zu dem doch günstigen Preis sehen! |
