la situation au bord de la promenade,l,accueil du personnel,la proximité de la plage, le calme et le confort de l'hotel,les buffets du petit déjeuner,la propreté des lieux. le repas du soir dans la formule demi-pension sous forme d'un buffet de produits de médiocre qualité ,cuisine peu gouteuse inadmissible dans ce type d'établissement et à ce prix là.

Kein Vergleich zu Heringsdorf, die Betten wurden schlecht gemacht und das Personal war leider auch nicht so zuvorkommend. Ein Manko auch - der Wellnessbereich öffnet erst ab 16.00 Uhr. Unser Zimmer lag direkt am Fahrstuhl mit zusätzlichen Ausblick auf den Parkplatz - ganz früh wurde die Wäsche abgeholt, was natürlich auch nicht leise vonstatten gehen kann. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier wirklich nicht. Frühstücksbuffet um 9.45 Uhr schon leergefegt.

Es war alles perfekt, bis auf siehe Rubrik "nicht gefallen" Die Bewertungen "Einrichtung und Komfort" möchten wir differenziert sehen. Sie sind deshalb so schlecht ausgefallen, weil wir zwei Nächte nicht richtig schlafen konnten, da das Bett viel zu klein war und daher sehr unbequem war. Wir vermuten, dass es eher als Einzelzimmer genutzt wird. Auf unsere Bitte ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett oder mit zwei Betten zu erhalten, wurde nicht eingegangen. Wer gewohnt ist in einem breiten Bett zu schlafen, müsste durch das Hotel darauf hingewiesen werden. Sollten wir dort noch einmal anlanden, würden wir dieses nur mit einem großen Bett tun.

der absolut freundliche Sevice und das wirklich ausgezeichnete Essen es war alles OK, nur für die Parkplätze dürften keine Gebühren erhoben werden

Sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit gutem reichhaltigem Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter und würden auch selbst wieder buchen.

Nach 24 Stunden fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Die Qualität des Hauses merkt man an allem ( Betten, Pflege Linie, Speisen usw. ) Sogar unserer fast 90jährigen Begleitung war begeistert von diesem Haus.

Das Servicepersonal ist bei Sonderwünschen (Picknickkorb) sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Bei Frühstück auf dem Zimmer wird ein Aufpreis von 10,- € erhoben
