Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit Baby angereist und bekamen sowohl Wickelunterlage, Kinderbett (sehr gute Qualität), Windeleimer etc aufs Zimmer - natürlich alles perfekt vorbereitet. Ärgerlich sind lediglich die teilweise sehr weiten Laufwege in dem Hotel sowie einige Treppenstufen zu unserem Zimmer. Schade auch das es keinen Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee gab. |

Das Hotel selbst, wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbüffet, das Personal sehr zuvorkommen, die Lage und der Wellnessbereich Die Adresse ist nicht die richtige, wir mussten auf jeden Fall trotz GPS suchen und waren auf einmal an der Promenade wo kein Durchkommen gab. Wir wurden nach Anruf ins Hotel hin gelotzt. |

Zeer mooi hotel, op de beste locatie in Binz, kamer aan de landzijde met zicht op zwembad beviel mij heel erg goed, net zoals de Wellness faciliteiten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Absolute aanrader. |

Es war einfach gut . Nur der Landkreis muss etwas tun. Es wird viel gebaut, aber das Verkehrsproblem ist groß. Die Bahn ist keine echte Alternative zur Zeit. Im Bad fehlt ein WD, aber auch kein Platz dafür (Denkmalschutz?) |

Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgezeichnet. Insbesondere ist das freundliche und höfliche Personal zu erwähnen. Die beiden jungen Damen in der Bar waren besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. |

Trotz des schlechten Wetters hat man sich behaglich gefühlt und die Ausflüge waren ebend Natur pur! Der Wellnesbereich ist echt Klasse! Die gastronomischen Preise sind echt heftig. Naja ist ja auch ein 5 Sterne Haus, aber in der heutigen Zeit ist z.B.der Preis von 8,75 €, für eine Flasche Apolinaris etwas überzogen!!! |
