A beautiful Hotel. The perfect place to stay on our honeymoon. The staff where excellent and spoke good English and where happy to help us whenever we had a request or needed information regarding tourist attractions, shopping etc. The room was spacious and quiet and the whole hotel immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we liked the choice of dinning areas. The Jägertor is a very romantic and beautiful hotel and we would recommend it to anyone.

Superbly refurbished Hotel - the craftsmanship of the woodwork in particular is of the very highest, the breakfast from 6.00 until 11.00 very comprehensive and everything is replenished right up to the end. The cutlery and napery they use is normally only found in hotels costing at least three times as much.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden,sehr schöne Atmosphäre,gute Lage und wir fühlten uns total ungestört.Auch beim späten Frühstück war alles vorhanden und wir wurden ohne Hast sehr freundlich bedient.Trotz Bauarbeiten wurde unser Zimmerblick nicht beeinträchtigt.

Хороший завтрак и удобное местоположение Для Потсдама заурядный отель.Сервис так себе.Wi-Fi работает нестабильно.Отдельно скажу про паркинг.Если у вас джип или микроавтобус , то туда вы не залезете.Так же туда не стоит заезжать , если вы неуверенно водите машину.

Frühstück! Ambiente! Das Bett war katastrophal und hatte die Qualität und Wirkung einer Doppelluftmatraze! Das Zimmer war total überheizt und die Heizung (für uns) nicht steuerbar.(Rezeption: das hätte man uns sagen sollen ...)

Ausstattung und 4 Sternebewertung Es wurde damit im Netz & auf den Hotelflayer geworben und beim Checkin mit einem Empfangsschreiben daraf hingewiesen, dass es eine Abendküche und eine Bar gibt. Wir wurden aber 20:45 darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass eine Abendküche und die geöffnete Bar erst ab eine Bestimmten Auslastung zur Verfügung steht. So was nennt man vortäuchen von nicht vorhandenen Leistungen. Ich weis nicht, wie das Hotel zu 4 Sterne gekommen ist.
