Restaurant food was excellent. Location was very convenient to both Berchtesgaden town and also to the surrounding areas. Views from hotel were spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking garage was a definite benefit. Easy and very inexpensive to get to Salzburg city center by bus. Hotel provided discount card which provided discounts at local attractions and also for the bus to Salzburg. |

Romantic dinner well done - as advertised. Good location for area tourism in that area - Can also get good bus to Salzburg for a day or half day "free and easy" On the "Romantic Package" stay - a bit dissappointing to get back side view of hotel with no views. |

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Establishment was immaculate. Bar/Restaurant made an excellent option for relaxing at hotel after a good day venturing around the mountains. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like my father looks after rising in the morning, and he is over 70! |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the dinner menu and the breakfast buffet were excellent. Our room overlooked the carpark which was well lit however our curtains did not block out the light. |

The staff at the front desk was great. We walked out of the restaurant without being served after 20 minutes because our waitress never came back. We had a 1.5 yr old with us. There is a restaurant futher down the street that had excellent food/price. Their menu was much better than the hotels and the service was great. I would not go back to this hotel because of the bad service in the restaurant. |

we liked the view of the mountains and the breakfast.also we enjoyed your cosy bar Although this is not just applicable to your hotel only, we did not like smoking indoors ie the bar. |
