Centrally located hotel with pleasant staff and nice breakfast. Room was OK for a budget hotel, but the street is VERY noisy with heavy traffic. Ask for a room facing the rear... No parking in front of hotel; parking house two blocks away (14 euro). |

In a good central position for the shops and bars etc and very close to the waterfront. No tea and coffee making facility in the room, very dissapointed. |

The helpfullness of the staff was great. The breakfast was very good as well. Coffe machine and internet in Lobby. Comfortable beds Shower door did not prevent water from coming out onto the floor. |

Very central. Ideally located for a short break. Within walking distance of all amenities. The hotel could benefit from mentioning that there was a supermarket across the street as amenities like basic shops are difficult to locate in central Koblenz. This was an added advantage as we could purchase any essentials that were required. On booking a triple room we expected three single beds. The room actually contained a single bed, with a large double bed dressed as two single beds. Different to our expecations or request. |

Clean and comfortable, reliable early wake-up call, nice sack lunch as I left before breakfast, close to nice walking/restaurant area. My room was very noisy. It was a Friday night, people were celebrating, footsteps and voices echoed. |

Good location, convenient to the river and city. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wireless broadband. Very noisy. Our room overlooked a main street near some nightclubs - traffic and rowdy people all night. Closing the window (it was hot) made little difference. Air Conditioning and double-glazing would have helped! |

The proprietors and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally located for the Old Town, trips on the river, and restaurants in the evening. The breakfasts were magnificent and served in a delightful room overlooking the square. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was unusually hot while we were there, and the room was a bit stuffy being located at the back. However, there was a fan in the room, and this helped a lot. |

central location, quiet room at the back (the front is on a main road).Convenient for main sights eg the river. Good breakfast. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. only negative comment is that the bedroom carpet was rather stained. |

Clean modern room with friendly and helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast. We had room on main road and it was very noisy. However earplugs were supplied. The out- side appearance of the hotel was off-putting, but once inside it was excellent. |

The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful in every regard. On the day were leaving to catch an early train, the staff arranged for a packed lunch which was substantial and far beyond what we expected. The breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect - the wine village, shops, restaurants and river all closeby. The view from the bedroom window was of a roof and walls - but then we did not request a street view. The only other thing I could criticise (for the sake of finding something not right) was the little glass shelf over the bathroom hand-basin which was it difficult when face washing. |
