Very friendly staff (she actually directed me to free parking instead of just charging money for their own). Clean rooms with few windows. Nice ballanced breakfast, and located at the center of the city , 5 minutes of walking to the german corner |

The location was very good to see the old town of Koblenz. The breakfast was also very good and the staff helpful. The rooms are of differing sizes - mine was very nice in terms of size - another person in our party had a very small room. The idea of "French Bed" was not explained on the internet and is not understood by the average American. |

The staff were very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was very good I didn't get a view, but I shouldn't think there are all that many rooms which do have one - from that point of view it's probably not the best location in town |

Excellent location for shopping, restaurants, etc. Very friendly staff. Helpful with advice, directions, etc.Good breakfast. Very noisy to front of hotel, could not open window at night, although fan was provided. |

The staff were invariably friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good range of food and drink on offer for breakfast and was nicely presented. |

Centrally located hotel with pleasant staff and nice breakfast. Room was OK for a budget hotel, but the street is VERY noisy with heavy traffic. Ask for a room facing the rear... No parking in front of hotel; parking house two blocks away (14 euro). |

In a good central position for the shops and bars etc and very close to the waterfront. No tea and coffee making facility in the room, very dissapointed. |

The helpfullness of the staff was great. The breakfast was very good as well. Coffe machine and internet in Lobby. Comfortable beds Shower door did not prevent water from coming out onto the floor. |

Very central. Ideally located for a short break. Within walking distance of all amenities. The hotel could benefit from mentioning that there was a supermarket across the street as amenities like basic shops are difficult to locate in central Koblenz. This was an added advantage as we could purchase any essentials that were required. On booking a triple room we expected three single beds. The room actually contained a single bed, with a large double bed dressed as two single beds. Different to our expecations or request. |

Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und das Rezeptionspersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück wurde nicht nachgelegt. Die Frühstückskraft war nicht sehr freundlich, eher äußerst neutral. Was aber vorhanden war, hat geschmeckt. Es war okay. |

L'accueil est particulièrement sympathique et souriant - les deux personnes qui nous ont accueillis parlaient très bien français. L'hôtel est très bruyant (on est réveillé par le voisin qui pose son verre à dents dans sa salle de bains, on entend toutes les conversations de la chambre voisine). Le système de chauffage est vétuste et j'ai dû éteindre un radiateur pour faire cesser les bruits d'eau. Le son de la télévision est très mauvais. |

Hulp bij het vinden van een parkeerplaats. Ontbijt was goed.. warm- en koud waterkranen waren verwisseld. Koud water was sowieso niet uit de kraan te krijgen. Geen parkeerplaatsen.. |
