Friendly staff, good breakfast, very comfortable beds in nice room, and superb bathroom with full size bath. Location is also good, very close to shops and good restaurants, bars etc. I had no problems, but you should be aware there is no car park and you would have to use local public parking. This is actually pretty good in Wiesbaden but you might need to walk a little. Also, regarding comments about a smell in the bathroom, this is to be expected in this part of Wiesbaden. You get a slight whiff of hydrogen sulphide from the local hot springs on occasion. It is not too bad and you soon get used to it.

Die Größe des Zimmers. Bei Anreise war im Zimmer ein unerträglicher Kloakengeruch. Dies teilten wir dem Empfang mit, wir wurden gebeten die Klimaanlage anzumachen - die war jedoch defekt. Die Schallschutzverglasung brachte uns nichts,da aufgrund des Geruchs bei geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen werden musste. Zu dieser Zeit war ein Weinfest und bis 5.30h Lärm zu hören. Ab 6.30 ging dann der Verkehr los. Wir erhielten einen Preisnachlass von 10,00 EURO. Lt. des Empfangs ist im Zimmer das Problem mit den Badezimmer-Abflüssen bekannt. Allein aus diesem Grund hätte man das Zimmer nicht vermieten dürfen. Schade.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral. Leider keine An-und Abfahrt Möglichkeit. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden ! Die Maratzen sind zu weich, sie verschlucken einen.

In bester Innenstadtlage und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kurhaus sowie fußläufiger Entfernung zur Kongresshalle gelegenes Stadthotel, ideal geeignet für Kongressbesucher, Geschäfts- und Städtereisende oder Shoppingtouristen. Gut geführtes, sauberes, ansprechendes Hotel, freundlicher Ton, im Sommer zwei gemütliche Frühstücksterassen im ersten Stock über einem Delikatessengeschäft. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung für Übernachtungsgäste, die tagsüber unterwegs sind. Kein Abendrestaurant, aber diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, also weniger für Autofahrer, als für Bahnreisende geeignet.
