Comfortable quiet rooms, friendly personnel, designer breakfast room with tasty breakfast and free, ample parking. We have stayed many times in this hotel and the standard hasn't dropped.

The ladies working at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We liked the room - basic but clean and comfortable - and the bathroom was well designed with a good shower. By car it was five mins. Via the autobahn into Dortmund city, but I didn't see any public transport! There was a nice place to sit outdoors and enjoy a drink - and we were sorry we had no time for the breakfast buffet, because it looked delicious! I assume it would be difficult to get to without your own transport.

I would never stay at a Tryp Hotel ever again or recommend one to a friend as this was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel! I was charged double for the room & despite resolving the issue with the staff at the hotel, upon my return home when I checked my credit card statement I found that I have been charged for the room twice! On top of that, the room was very basic & not particularly comfortable, the curtains needed replacing & did not close properly so let a lot of light into the room so resulted in a poor nights sleep! Also, the service was poor & they tried to double charge for my meal.

Excellent value for money, good food, well presented Pleasent helpfull staff. Taxi required for meverywhere as no tube stations near. More (spare) pillows would be nice.

The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good: much choice and good quality. 1) I wasn't aware that internet and breakfast were not incuded in the room price. Both were very expensive and therefore the total price increased a lot. Internet cost 4,95 eur per hour. Breakfaast was an extra 13 euro. 2) for a superior room, it was quite basic. Small old tv and no bath tub.

Der Preis wahr gut sowie gute Parkmöglichkeiten gegeben Nie wieder TRYP am tag des Silvesters wurden wir blöd angesprochen weil wir angeblich zu laut wahren man drohte uns mit raus schmiss. Die Hotel einrichtung ist das alle letzte der Fernseher ist noch vom Krieg übrig geblieben. Am Ende wurde uns 150€ zusätzlich abgebucht weil ein Lampe kaputt gegangen ist der Wert war höchsten 10€ gut aber das ich ein Haftpflichtversicherung habe ich werde die Versicherung da drauf ansprechen die zu Kontrollieren.

Hotelmitarbeiter super freundlich. Super Frühstückbüfe. Zimmer sind großzugig. Liegt am Unigelände ==> Keine geschäfte in der nähe. Verbindung öffentlicher Verkehsmittel schlecht. Nur Bus Haltestelle in der nähe und Takt am Wochenende der schlecht. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca 25´min Fußweg.

das es sehr ruhig war. der gut gelegene Parkplatz. die ebenerdige Dusche das freundliche Personal die Spuren der Jahre im Zimmer waren die Vorhänge abgegriffen, das sah so aus als wenn Löcher im Material waren, nur an den Seiten. Es fehlte Stoff, mit einem Streifen an den Enden von oben nach unten annähen wäre das beseitigt. Dies ist keine Beschwerde, nur Kritik.

Sehr freundlich war die Bedienung im Restaurant, sowohl abends als auch beim Frühstück, sowie an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer müssten bitte renoviert werden, bei der Buchung hatte ich angegeben "ruhiges Zimmer", tatsächlich ging es zur Straße heraus und war so gelegen, dass viele Gäste vorbei liefen. Sauberkeit war mittel, keine Bar im Zimmer, was mich bei dem Preis erstaunt hat, kein free W-Lan. Empfehlung: bedingt.

Da wir mobil waren, die nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Wir hatte ein "Business Zimmer" für 2 Nächte gebucht und der wlan war Kostenpflichtig, sowas sollte heut zu Tage gratis angeboten werden, zumal di meisten Leute das ja nur zum Abrufen von Mails und eventuellen Abrufen von Informationen über Angebote aus der Gegen nutzen. Zudem waren das "Doppelbett" zwei zusammengerückte Einzelbetten, die zu allem verdruss ständig auseinander drifteten, ein "no go"! Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf, für den Rest ok, aber keine 3 Sterne.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer. Man war immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die in Ihrem Buchungsportal nicht ausgewiesenen Zusatzkosten für unsere beiden kleinen Hunde. 10,- € pro Hund und Tag ist erheblich zu viel. Hier haben wir in Luxushotels schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht, z.B. Engelsburg in Recklinghausen. Hier ist man flexibel und verhandlungsbereit.

Beschwerden wurden zeitnah und zur Zufriedenheit gelöst. Sauberkeit (in einem Zimmer lag ein benutzter Einmalrasierer in der Dusche) und Funktionalität (in einem Zimmer war der Duschschlauch völlig defekt) der Zimmer; alter, kleiner Fernseher, Fernbedienung ging nicht richtig.

24H besetzte Rezeption, hervorragend per Auto erreichbar Kaltes Bad, Heizlüfter ist für deutschen Winter ungeeignet. Vor allem dann, wenn der Heizlüfter nach kurzem Laufen meint, ihm sei warm genug und ich müsse das genauso empfinden. geht gar nicht!!!
